- the location is nice as it's 3-min walk to 7-11 and 10-min walk to the BTS station - the owners are quite friendly and welcoming. i feel that this place is more like a guest house rather than a hotel/hostel - the owners are quite considerate that they also sell waters so that i dont have to buy from 7-11 and carry a huge bottle of water back home

some people mentioned about the praying sound from the mosque, which is right next to the hostel. However, i prepare a pair of earplugs and they work well. highly recommended to do so if you are a light sleeper.

I loved this hostel. Family operated absolutely lovely people. Room was huge lots of cabinets for storage, clothing, etc (also perfect if you’re staying more than a couple nights) , AC and Wi-Fi worked great, spacious bathroom, bed was very cozy, soft pillows and everything was so clean! Super safe, BaanSu is tucked away at the end of a street with a big metal gate in front that opens up to their lovely courtyard in front of reception where you can chat with other guests and hang out with their friendly cat . Close to 7-11, BTS is 5minute walk, and 15 minute walk to MBK. Really nice neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, street food . Yes there is a Mosque next door but I found the morning prayers to be quite enchanting and relaxing to hear. No complaints only compliments

We spent there only 1 night before our departure flight so cannot say more about the room. It was clean, AC working well and must stay turned on otherwise the room is getting warm very quickly. The host is very polite and friendly, they gave us cold water at the check in and check out time. We also could leave our baggage at the ground floor for the whole day and go to the city. It was a nice stay for 1 night.

The mattress was a bit hard for us. No fridge (even small one) in a room to cool drinks. There is a mosque close to the hotel so be prepared that at 6am it calls for a prey.

This hostel is conveniently located close to a train station and is easily accessible by foot to and from shopping malls. The owner, Auntie Toon, was the sweetest! She checked on us everytime and was attentive to our needs. We requested for an early check in for a very minimal fee and the room was ready as soon as we arrived. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is clean with high pressure water supply, a functioning heater, and some bath essentials ready to use. The linens were also provided. For a hostel, this place is impressive!

The owners are very nice. They let us store our luggage in their place, take a shower before we took our flight back home eventhough we already had checked out and brought us to Phaya Thai station (sky train). The hostel is nice, too and close to a food court. It's quiet except for the calls from the mosque, but those were no problem for us. In the morning we also bought a good Pad Krapao from the owners and they also do sandwiches - just don't forget to order your breakfast the evening before.

It took our taxi driver some time to find the hostel as it's in a neighborhood with narrow roads. You have to drive into the street with the mosque and it's the last house on the left.

The host has a welcoming and friendly vibes. They make sure that my family is comfortable and that we are having a wonderful stay in Thailand. Highly recommended.

The location is a lil bit far from train station(Rachathewi station) but walkable somehow. You can use Bolt/Uber/Taxi/Tuktuk as your means of transpo if you are lazy to walk.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The Hostel is in a calm little back road with great street food just around the corner. When I came to pick up my luggage in the afternoon, they let me take a shower before travelling.

Rooms was clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful owners, spoke great English. Even provided us help with airport transfer. They had some private rooms/bathrooms so it is not a complete hostel. Good location with BTS station nearby, walking distance to city centre. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nothing in the property was bad. But there is a mosque nearby and they pray/chant early in the morning that can wake you up if you are a light sleeper. However they only chant for 3-5 minutes.

For the money you pay, the location is good, it is sort of behind Asia Hotel and BTS just right in front of Asia Hotel, easy to get to Siam Paragon, Siam Centre, MBK, and Pratu Nam/ Central World shopping center. Walking distance to morning and evening local market means plenty of local food and 7-11. Laundry shops near by and public transport is everywhere. If you looking for cheap reasonable accommodation this is a great place for it.

The hostel locates right next to the mosque if you easily get woke up by the noise, maybe this place is not for you. They pray very early in the morning, and you might not be able to get back to bed, for me, I find it such beautiful things and the sound so beautiful; they live in harmony and have such a beautiful culture. And if you love partying late, to walk back to the hostel at night is quite triggy, as the hostel is at the end of the street and some parts can be really dark if you walk alone, better to catch a motorbike or tuk-tuk back if you alone. The room is very simple, but that is normal for a hostel. The owner was friendly and helpful, and I couldn't ask for a better host. Overall it is excellent value for money.

The host is just lovely. Really kind! We were able to store our luggage after check out and when we came back to pick it up she even offered us to use the shower. Spontaneous booking was no problem and she was already perfectly prepared. We never had to wait for the shared bathroom. It was clean and almost felt like private. Highly recommend.
