The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The location is very nice as well since it is near the malls and only 5 mins away from a BTS station. The delicious complimentary breakfast is highly appreciated as well.

I like it that it's easy to go to and it's close to many things -- big malls, a few tourist places, trains, etc. The staff are courteous, friendly and accommodating. I specifically picked this place because I want to feel that I am in Thailand when I am in it instead of feeling like I'm any random, modern hotel. We especially liked the breakfast and the mango sticky rice they gave us in one afternoon. Most of all, I liked the personal touch and the other small things they did to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Staff were sweet and friendly. The owner of the is exceptional and is the sweetest. She was welcoming and treated us very well. She was continuously giving us all the information we needed, was even providing traditional Thai fruits sweets and food for free as it was our first time in Bangkok and she wanted us to try everything before we left. We were also provided with free breakfast in our 6 days stay. Room was clean, towels, dental kit, toiletries were available everyday and everything was freshly washed and cleaned. There was unlimited bottled water, juices, yogurt, Coca and hot beverages for free in our entire stay. location was perfect, bts station, mbk shopping mall, Siam paragon were all close by the hotel. We really liked a staff named Noi he was so sweet and treated us well 😃. We are so thankful to the owner and will definitely book nine design place hotel again next time we visit

Thank you, Ms. Mai and team! We had an awesome time at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk from the National Stadium. The room was clean, and they even serve a delicious complimentary breakfast. But what really makes this place special is the super-friendly staff. They really made us feel at home and helped us out whenever we needed. In short, this hotel rocks! Great location, clean rooms, and the staff are fantastic.

I had an incredible time at Nine Design Place. It truly exceeded any of my expectations. I chose this place after reading previous reviews--which really raved about the place and they were correct! The breakfast was fantastic, the room was so well designed, very clean, well lit, comfortable, and spacious. The location was fantastic, very close to the train and multiple buses. The residence is located on a side street so it is nice and quiet. It is also down the street from the Jim Thompson house and its easy to get to. I highly recommend and I would stay here again !!

Wow! Wow! Wow! We booked this property once and after staying in it for the first time, we booked it to stay three more times as BKK will be our place to come back from Chiang Mai, Katmandhu, and Capetown. The level of Customer Service in Nine Design goes above and beyond. We have grown fond of all the staff; they are all so nice! Mei, the owner; comes from the Hospitality industry so she has paid incredible attention to every detail in her property. Noi, is one of the staff members and Wow! He works so hard and is so sweet. He pays attention to everyone and everything to the point he can almost predict what you are about to ask and has it ready for you. Like we went for a long walk and we came back and he immediately offered us a chair, cold water, and snacks; like wow! We went to check in on our second stay and he had the room ready with the luggage we had left during our previous stay, already in the room. He even remembered that my boyfriend is 2.10 meters tall so all beds we’ve come across during our travels are regularly short for his stature, so he had come up with a way to not have the edge of the bed hit his ankles, and had that ready and waiting for us!completely unexpected that someone would love their job so much and care so much as to remember these details from weeks before! Their breakfast is also very delicious and if available they will even have a snack on some evenings. I will miss all of them when we finally have to come back home.

The staff is so nice! They are very welcoming and friendly. They offered laundry service and let us give them our laundry even when it wasn’t time for us to check in yet. They even made us mango sticky rice for breakfast when we were checking out. The hotel also offers free breakfast and water/coffee/soda.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. We were greeted with a fresh juice and a delicious mango sticky rice—a thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home! The owner was also very generous and offered us breakfast, which was a lovely surprise. We also really enjoyed the free coffee machine with a great selection of drinks, especially the chocotea, which we highly recommend! A big thank you to the entire team for their kindness and hospitality. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Lovely hotel and friendly staff (especially Noi who welcomed us on the reception desk). We had a family room which was amazing and huge. 2 very large beds, a sofa and armchair and some lovely quirky furniture. Even though breakfast wasn’t included with our booking we were treated to freshly cooked food every morning. Hot drinks, water and juice were available for you to help yourselves to at any time. We were always offered snacks when we came back to the hotel late afternoons too! The hotel is located in a side street off a main road but it was very quiet and peaceful. Very close to the National Stadium sky train station. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again if we return to Bangkok.

Perfect location, easy to walk to big shopping malls and metro stations. Very cute and cosy place to stay, clean and nice room. Highlight-the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed at 3 different hotels in Thiland, here we experience the best service! Super sweet, always offering us free snacks, beverage, even gave us souvenirs when we checked out, and let us use the lobby after we checked out and gave us the same service as the time we were guests! I have no doubt to stay here again next time visiting Bangkok.
