Location: The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Bangkok, just a short walk from the BTS Skytrain and major shopping areas like MBK, Siam Paragon, and Siam Discovery. Despite being so central, it feels peaceful and tucked away — a perfect balance of convenience and calm. Room: The room was modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. I loved the unique design, the comfortable bed, and the thoughtful touches throughout. The lighting and layout create a relaxing atmosphere, and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent — a great variety of both local Thai dishes and international options, all fresh and delicious. The staff were attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable with their warm hospitality.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for you from start to finish and were so polite throughout. The facilities are excellent, the pool is lovely, open until 10pm which is good during the hot evening nights, restaurants and bars were great and the option for spa treatments are available. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Excellent bed and furnishings, can’t fault it in anyway. The location is excellent depending on what you’re in Bangkok for and what you’re expecting from your trip. It was in an ideal location for us, close to the metro, a short walk from the malls and accessible everywhere by taxi. Thankfully the hotel is tucked back from the busy streets and once you’re inside you forget the hustle and bustle of the city

Absolutely nothing I can fault with the hotel, I will 100% be staying there again if I return to Bangkok and highly recommend

Location is in the nicer, cleaner and quieter part of town, next to shopping malls and the amazing "Jim Thompson House Museum". The room was very clean, large, quiet and modern. Loved the breakfast. Service was great.

So many silly design mistakes. No electric socket next to the beds for example. The A/C temperature was hard to regulate, and there was no remote. The water in the shower oscillated wildly between freezing cold and burning hot. The master switch did not work and the lighting wasn't comfortable. There is no separate room for the bathroom (only curtain) so you get more noise from the toilet and sink and less privacy.

Everything was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even let us use the conference room and the spa showroom after we checked out.

Location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to Siam Paragon and MBK Shopping Mall. There's a family style massage place right across the hotel, next door there's a restaurant that offers great Thai food at a reasonable price. There's a 7 Eleven at 2 minutes walking distance along with McDonald's. National Stadium BTS is also a 1 minute walk away. The check-in process was swift, rooms are nicely designed like a boutique style with all the amenities inside. Very nice pool along with gym, jacuzzi and steam. I loved the ground coffee in the lobby. Overall the kids and wife loved the place, so did I.

LiT BANGKOK Hotel is an exceptional place, offering a truly wonderful experience. We stayed in a suite with three beds, and it exceeded our expectations in terms of size and comfort. The suite was incredibly spacious, giving us more than enough room to relax and enjoy our stay. One of the standout aspects of the hotel is the staff, who deserve an award for their outstanding service. The team, particularly those stationed at the entrance, always greeted us with warm smiles and were quick to offer assistance, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. In terms of location, the hotel is perfectly situated near some of the most popular malls in Bangkok, such as MBK and Siam, which made it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring the city. However, if there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the breakfast. The variety was somewhat limited, and unfortunately, there were no halal options available, which was surprising given the number of Muslim guests staying at the hotel. Nonetheless, our overall experience was positive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and polite. The food was good. Breakfast was nice with a good amount of options. The extra radiance room was very radiant. Spacious and romantic. Well located for shopping (Siam Square) and public transport connections.

Whilst the lighting over the bathtub was romantic, we found the many different light switches quite confusing at bedtime. Also, it was difficult to do makeup due to the lighting.

The location was perfect for shopping but the traffic was annoying in all of Bangkok so we rather to walk instead of taking car. The room design and decoration was completely awesome and it exceeded my expectations. for coffee lover there is a cafe next to the hotel its called sipndrip and that the important thing that I loved from the location of the hotel.

The hotel was providing transportation but the value was too high when you compare it with outside. This is the only thing that I didn't like it in the hotel.

Great location. The staff at BCDE made me an excellent cafe latte in the morning. Very comfortable bed and the room decor was very nice.

It was very difficult to find from national stadium. It’s down a little soi off the Main Street which I walked right past. Had to ask directions a couple of times. When I walked back I saw there was a small sign but not facing the direction from the station. For reference it’s on the soi after the Volkswagen dealership with the cafe ‘A Journey’ on the corner (which is a great cafe for breakfast).

My partner and I loved the room, especially the shower with the different coloured lights and how it looked into the living room/windows. The bed was very comfortable and large. The location was perfect, close to everything but not too close to the main road. The staff were amazing! They were so kind and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and hello. The breakfast buffet was delicious, as well as the room service in room dining. That was perhaps the best food we have ever eaten! Especially the strawberry cheesecake. We also appriciated the fast laundry service, our clothes were so neatly packaged and folded perfectly. Thank you to LiT Bangkok, we will be back again! khàawp Khun

The gym didn't have many heavier weights. I can appreciate although that it had mostly everything we needed. A smith machine or squat rack would be great.
