1500 baht for early checkin was a bit harsh. Never ever I experienced in Bangkok paying for early checkin because if the room is ready, it is ready, and seeing that guests are tired from over night flight that want to rest and ask for 1500 baht is not a welcome guesture, more over that we had two rooms booked for many night, and only one was available for early checkin.

There’s a 7-Eleven, BTS National Stadium, MBK Center, the famous Skywalk, and the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre nearby. Siam Paragon and Central World are also within a 3km radius. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances such as a hairdryer, refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo. All necessary daily essentials are provided, including laundry detergent and a small drying rack. The hot water supply is ample, and the water pressure is strong. The bathtub fills with hot water quickly. The room is exceptionally clean, with daily housekeeping services. A deposit of 1,000 THB is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out. Late check-out until 4 PM incurs an additional fee of 1,000 THB. Check-in and check-out take place in the neighboring building（LiT BANGKOK Hotel）, with a buddy car service available for transportation. Access to the building at night requires a key card. The staff are friendly, always ready to assist, and greet guests with warm smiles.

i think the property is easy to find despite it being located in an alley. Its super easy to get around too. MRT is about 5mins walk away. tuk tuk also awaits along the road near the MRT. Convenience store is nearby. Theres a connecting bridge that connects MBK Centre (Shopping Mall), Siam Discovery (Shopping Mall) and Bangkok Art and Culture Centre. MRT station name is National Stadium, its one stop to Siam, where all the Shopping Malls are; Siam Paragon, Siam Centre and Siam Square. taking the MRT is a breeze if you know where you want to go and which mall you want to explore. Taxis are easy to hail or book a grab from the hotel if you prefer that. Chatuchak is about 20mins by tuk tuk. Staff are friendly and amazing at keeping our room clean, we always come back with a clean bedsheet. Our room was quite untidy because we didnt have time to clean up during our stay but we try to keep it neat before we went out and its always in tiptop condition when we come back!

All is good. We had a pleasant stay!

1. The rooms are big! Really what you paid for. 2. Location is near MBK Center. Then from MBK, it's just one station away from Siam. Convenient Location. 3. The staff are very accommodating. They assisted us nicely and promptly - even checking out at midnight. 4. They are very baby/toddler-friendly. The restaurant has baby chair and baby utensils for my baby. 5. The have big bathrooms. Very relaxing to have a long bath. 6. The kitchenette is good, particularly if you have small children - where you need to wash bottles, plates, etc. 7. The washing machine is a good add-on.

1. The residences is a separate building from the hotel. Not really a big deal - just when you check-in and out, and dine. 2. Hoping to have a service from the hotel to MBK Center or Siam Paragon - just inconvenient to walk since it's very humid! Good thing there's Grab. 3. Food choices for breakfast are limited. But they have good coffee!

- SUPER FRIENDLY STAFFS - VERY CONVENIENT WALKING DISTANCE TO GET THE EITHER THE BTS STATION OR EVEN SIAM DISCOVERY The connecting room was fantastic! Love how you can also adjust the room temperature accordingly. The rooms are really clean and comfortable too~ My 2 year old and my mother loves the space too! Which I feel it’s a bonus~ Also loved that the hotel massage spa service has such zen vibes!

If only there is slightly more selection for the breakfast buffet.

Conveniently located near BTS National stadium, enabling us to minimise the amount of walking to various places, more so when there’s malls all within walking distances (when feeling lazy). Well-maintained facilities and the available in-unit facilities were very handy. Wifi was good

Not sheltered from the residence unit to the front lobby, which can be a hassle during rainy periods (when taking rides). Can do with additional toilet hooks to place our clothings.

The room was comfortable and had great amenities such as a stove top and washing machine/dyer making this great for longer stays. The building is modern and features a nice infinity edge pool. The staff were very welcoming and made our stay a pleasure.

Noise coming from the road and surrounding buildings can disturb light sleepers.

The staff are wonderful. The ladies and gentlemen working at the hotel are very polite, helpful and professional. The location is central to main transportation routes and shopping, with the Sky Train, four major shopping malls, and several cultural attractions within 500m. Hard to beat. We made great use of the washing machine!

The breakfast however was poor. Eggs were not fresh. The coffee was not very well made. We asked for waffles, and got 'french toast' but with no cinnamon. Thailand is one of the world's best countries to eat, right up there with Italy and France, so they could really improve this aspect. If the food had been great, my review would be much more positive. There are better places to eat down the street. Also, the internet at this hotel is like 'free airport wifi.' You have to sign in every time you come back to the room. We found it most annoying.

Staff was nice, the room was great, the breakfast was good. There's really not much to dislike about this place. I would recommend it to family and friends. Good place for families as there's not much craziness going on around the area where the hotel is located.

It's a little hard to find. Some cabbies had a hard time finding the place. However, this is a minor, almost negligible inconvenience.

The staffs are very friendly. Location is great.
