This hotel is a little gem and I would highly recommend it as a Bangkok stay. Situated down a tiny alley off a main road, it is well within walking distance of shopping areas such as MBK and Siam Discovery. The train station is within easy walking distance and there is availability of taxi's and tuk tuk's at all times. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the location is nice and quiet. The roof top pool is an oasis in the heat and the perfect place to cool off after a day out in the city. The restaurant was not operational during our visit but there are plenty of food options available close by and the hotel provided coffee, water and refreshments in the room. We loved our stay here.

Daraya is in an excellent central location to get to all the major areas of Bangkok by Skytrain. Rooms are well decorated and well provided with wifi, bluetooth speaker and bedside USB charging plugs. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall the hotel offers good value for the price and location. The hotel is two minute's walk to the National Stadium elevated rail station. The Siam Square upmarket shopping complex and posh hotels are one stop away by train. No food at Daraya but (local) breakfast is close by at the MBK Centre and a couple of small hotels by the train station offer European breakfast. A couple of cautions; the swimming pool is tiny, 8/F rooms get direct rooftop sun, making the 8/F very hot and it's worth paying a little extra to get a larger room.

The smaller rooms seem to lack some of the care given to the slightly larger room, and do not offer some of the perks, like a bathtub and free of charge snacks and soft drinks and in this instance the bluetooth speaker did not seem to be working.

Well located property - close to klong pier and BTS. Set off from the main road and therefore quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, bright and comfortable. The staff very accommodating. The best beds during our 2 month trip!!

No breakfast or food available at the property. This is inconvenient for early risers like us. as the shops don't open until after 8 a.m. It is also an added cost to a rather expensive room.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Although the room isn't new, it is clean.

I noticed some mold on the edge of the sink, but otherwise, it is fine for me.

The room is super clean. The pillow is comfy. Bed is comfy. The BT speaker is awesome. Bathtub is clean. Basically we love the room. The moment we step in the room it gave you a comfortable feel. Awesome staff too.

This was the perfect base for my brief stay in Bangkok, the staff were so helpful and kind and provided me with essential items like maps, sky rail map and also advice on the best areas nearby to go for street food and shopping. The room was so comfortable and well equipped and after arriving from Nepal and a long journey, it was a true place of peace, quiet and comfort. It's really central to the everything in a great location for the malls but tucked away in a quiet spot. I wouldn't hesitate but to stay here again in the future. It was perfect.

Great room with everything we needed ! Nice bed (a bit hard but it was ok !) free soft drinks and snacks, great staff, 10/10 !

The family room was comfortable with 2 separate rooms and two washrooms which is nice when you have kids or another couple as part of your group. Location is good if you use public transportation otherwise it is very busy around the area. We used Bolt to get around and went to the nearby mall just once so not sure the higher price for the location was worth it in our case. Very clean room and daily housekeeping was great!

The facility didn't have a store or a restaurant so we were hoping for a bit more options in the lobby such as coffee, juice and a snack. They provided one pack of instant coffee per person per day and 2 same tiny snacks every day in the room. 7 eleven is 5-7 min walk, make sure to get some food and drinks. They also have a microwave in the lobby wich they were fine for us to use. The main down point for us was that we required an early check in and they required us to pay a full price for an extra night ( really unusual compared to other hotels) which we did, as no other option arriving to the hotel around 8am after a long flight.

Our room was exceptionally spacious and the staff were very friendly. We particularly enjoyed the mini bar and the bathtub. The bed was a good size and comfortable. Everything was clean and the Wifi was reliable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Daraya and would come back again.

The pool was very small and not very inviting. Also, when we first arrived there was a concert taking place across the street, so there was loud music and disco type lights shining through our windows. Obviously, this is beyond the hotel's control but something to be aware of. Lastly, since we were on the top floor, our one wall was slanted which was slightly annoying.
