Cleaners will come regularly and very lovely. the location is good. Also, there's a netflix available . The checkout process is super quick too.

I could literally hear a TV from next-door guests because the wall seems to be very thin. it's very hard to sleep at night sometimes. The cleaning hours could have been more flexible since sometimes we don't always go out at the same time every day, or maybe we didn't ask to change. The bathroom shower head splashed water everywhere beyond the glass wall, which seems like a poor design. There's room service available, but there is no extension phone in the room that's odd too. But overall, we enjoyed our stay

Booked the family room, the size is ok but a little bit squeezy with 2 luggage and a stroller. The family room came with 1 shower room, and another with toilet bowl + bathtub, which is good for family members. Lifts requires access card to reach to the guest floor, which will be good as their reception is at the top level. Requested for 1 hour late check out due to late flight and was given. Wifi is good and stable.

The soundproofing is rather poor and we could hear the next door showering and piping sound. other than that, nothing much to complain about.

Have a warm and pleasant stay @ S3 Siam hotel. Premises are nice and clean. Convenient location as well with walking distance to MBK and lots of shopping malls are just around the concern. Great for those family with kids. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. At times, they will even went an extra mile to assist us whenever we are in need of their assistance. There was an occasion, when we reach the hotel too late after a day of tour. The dining time have already passed. However, the incharge of that day was still willing to try his best to slot in our last min request. He even offer to personally delivered the food up to our room without much delay. The great service from him has really made our day. :)

Great location, turn left 3 minute walk to access water taxi, turn right and walk 8 minutes to BTS sky-train station. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was open early until late and had good variety at fair prices (you could include breakfast in the room rate if desired). Rooms were well decorated, very comfortable bed and the room featured a large well equipped bathroom with plentiful toiletries. Cleaning staff were on-point and you could choose a cleaning slot to suit. A laundry service was available at very reasonable rates so turn in your washing today and collect it at reception the next day! Nearby are well known convenience stores, fast food places and a large supermarket about a 15 minute walk away.

Elevator access was occasionally slow during busy times. Some muffled nearby construction noises from time to time. Some minor communication difficulty with reception staff dependent on personnel.

We recently had a wonderful stay at S3 Siam Hotel in Bangkok. The price was exceptionally good, making it a fantastic value without compromising on comfort. Every morning, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to kick-start my day. What truly made my visit memorable was the exceptional staff—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s convenient location also made it easy to explore Bangkok. I wholeheartedly recommend S3 Siam Hotel for anyone looking for great value, quality amenities, and outstanding service.

The room was either new or freshly renovated. It was spotlessly clean. Small but there was ample space to walk around the bed. They also have a desk which unfortunately was the only spot I could put my luggage so I could access my clothes. The restaurant was nice and receptionists were friendly enough. In a very quiet area close to a main road (traffic was not audible from the hotel)

There was no shelf space to put my clothes etc however there was a cupboard with hanging space. Does any traveller need that? There were some very minor issues e.g. no coffee sachets or tea bags but that was easily rectified. Whilst the area was quiet, the walls were thin. I was on the 7th floor and could hear a couple speaking loudly one night from the outside presumably the ground floor. I could also hear people from another room if they spoke loudly. Earplugs are advisable whilst sleeping.

Not near the main road. It is in an alley. As a foreigner, I’m very careful. The first night I can hear woman moaning having sex. The room is not sound proof. Then the following night the next door was talking to loudly. Breakfast was basic but I don’t each much so all good. I’m happy that they can cook up an omelet for me and there’s fruits, yogurt and coffee.

Super nice hôtel, just open in December 2022 so everything is new, that's great. No many clients because of that, so it's calme and very peaceful The rooms was very confortable The pool at the top of the building is cool, you can swim easily The breakfast is great, its a buffet you can eat all what you want, 5 min walk from the metro

Lovely, new hotel. Cosy room, netflix/youtube tv, comfortable big bed. The breakfast, with a great view, is very good. I had a wonderful, relaxing 2 days. Thanks.

Kettle and small little cups in the room but no tea/coffee or spoons. Add Tea and coffee, replace the toy little cups with larger mugs....then perfecto!

Its location is way back in an alley but it’s near to known establishments/landmarks like McDo, 7eleven, National Stadium Station which make it convenient for us. It offers a lot of complimentary items like water, coffee, tea, snacks. The rooms are clean, the daily housekeeping is a plus (no need to request every single day because you can already arrange it with them during check-in). The roof-deck pool is also clean. The staff are polite.

Walls are not soundproof, can hear noises from rooms beside us.
