The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly. The staff by the parking lot was also very helpful. He helped us with our luggage when we arrived. The water and essentials in the room were topped up every time we used something. Overall, the stay was very great.

The room we had was facing the street, and the windows weren't double glazed, so it was really loud. We weren't allowed food in the room, so when we bought fruits, we would eat it by the reception area before going up.

Pleasant hotel that is situated just next to National Stadium BTS. MBK is within walking distance, about 10 minutes away. Walking distance about 15 to 18 minutes to Siam Paragon, too. Decent breakfast with a good selection of choices that include herbal tea, salad, seasonal fruit, and a hot drink for 240baht. Staff are pleasant and speak English. You can request assistance for restaurant reservations or taxi bookings. There's a calming fragrance every time you walk into the lobby, which is great. You can help yourself to a refreshment drink in the lobby, which changes every day. Perfect after returning from walking in the hot weather.

Our hotel room was facing next to the main road, and the constant traffic honking and motorbikes, Tuk tuk lasts through the night. Plus point is Hotel do provide earplugs for light sleepers. The bathroom shower head is tilted too high and splashes on our towels. You have to use your hand to hold on to the shower head to bath. There's no shower curtain to block off the tub area as the glass screen is too small. My mother and daughter had to squat in the bathtub to bath to prevent the bathroom floor from ponding. Toilet roll holder is situated in an inconvenient place, which is behind the extreme left corner of the toilet bowl.

Many reviews said it's noisy because it's right beside the train track but I still took a gamble to book it because of it's location and price matches it's value. It actually turns out not that noisy because the train does not travel pass the hotel as it's the last station. Tight security hotel. Wheel chairs accessible. Private parking space. A well equipped hotel with all essential necessities. Eg. TV, Hair dryer, hot flask, fridge, toiletries, safe box, suoer large size bedroom slippers etc. Booked 2 rooms for family of 6. Deluxe Triple & Luxury Triple. Travel dates 14 Dec 2022 - 20 Dec 2022. Deluxe triple room's layout more squarish with large single bed beside large bed and a bigger bathroom. Luxury Triple's layout with large single bed tucked at a corner + extra large bed and a slightly smaller bathroom. Water pressure at bath is gentle so takes a long time to shower. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Beds are very soft. Pillows too thin. Got to stack 2 pillows to sleep comfortably. Bedsheets are comfortable and clean (no stains). Blankets are crisp. Bath towels smell fresh, new and clean. Housekeeping everyday with bottled water given on a daily basis, refilled with complimentary teas & instant coffees, sugar. Staff speak good Englush. Friendly and helpful. Excellent location. 1 min walk to National Stadium BTS. Two 7-11 stores, McDonald and Bistro within 3 mins walk. MBK just diagonally opposite. Walking down to other direction of National BTS have a Massage & Spa outlet.

Shower pressure too low. No shower curtains. Small bath area (bathtub). Pillows too thin. Beds extremely soft. Occasionally, corridors smell.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, being right in front of the BTS station (National Stadium) and within walking distance of major shopping malls like MBK, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon, and more. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean for a standard hotel. I enjoyed my room's location facing the main road, providing a great view. The hotel also provided refreshing daily drinks in the lobby with a variety of flavors.

While the hotel's location near a busy road can be noisy it's worth noting that the noise from traffic can be noticeable since there isn't much soundproofing. However, this didn't bother me personally.

~This hotel is VERY near the BTS (train station). If you are going up, you can take the escalator, and when going back down to the hotel you can take Exit 3 and take the elevator on the left side. ~There are 2 7/11 near the hotel and McDonald's just walking distance. ~If you’re a BL fan visiting BKK, I recommend this hotel because it is VERY near MBK Center (where actors take pictures to thank the fan support, I met BillyBabe there). ~Also, this hotel is within walking distance to Siam Center, Siam Square, Siam Discovery, and Siam Paragon, where a lot of events happen (check the Instagram accounts of GMMtv, Domundi, StudioWabisabi, BeonCloud, IdolFactory, OpenLabel, JustUp, etc. for the event dates) ~ You can hear the cars and trains, so if you are a light sleeper this is def not for you but they provide ear plugs so yeah.. but everyone in my family is a heavy sleeper so we didn’t mind at all. ~The staff were nice and always greets us when leaving and arriving at the hotel. ~When you request something, they provide it immediately. ~Make sure to have some cash with you because you need a 1,000 baht deposit when checking in to this hotel.

The lights were dim and my parents are 56 y.o. so yeahhh that’s the downside

Location very central. National Stadium BTS Station is right in front of the hotel. It's 5-7 mins walk to MBK, Siam Discovery & Siam Square. The popular Banthat Thong road is less than 10mins drive away. Nearby, there are two 7-11s, a McDonald and some cafes. Rooms are clean and reasonably sized. Staff are courteous and helpful. Special mention on Martin, Mimi, Annie and Singha. Funny & lively bunch.

While having a BTS station in front is very convenient, it can also be a bit noisy but bearable. Ear plugs are provide if the need arises. If the bath tub have shower curtain, it will minimize the toilet floor from getting too wet and slippery.

The accommodation was located right infront of the BTS. Literally accessible the moment you exit the residence. We were placed on a high floor and despite it being so near the BTS and road, we barely hear much commotion (only sometimes from the traffic, no biggie though) Room was spacious enough to open suitcases opened and still had ample space to walk. Bed was comfy. There was hot water with good water pressure. Amenities were provided and refreshed daily upon request.

Room was just a little dark despite turning on all lights. But you can call it cosy, I guess.

located conveniently in front of BTS station, walking distance (via sky walk) to all big malls in Siam area. Breakfast quantity was plenty (although you have limited selection English BF, American BF or Turkish BF for Moslem guest) and really love the restaurant street view. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, clean bathroom with bath tub (really great for relaxing after long walk) and air con was cold. All staffs (securities at the basement, cleaning ladies, kitchen staffs and front office staffs) all were nice, polite and attentive. I also request a bath mat to avoid slip for elderly and they provide it - thank you!

minor thing to note (1) the lobby located at 2nd floor and the guest can't go to street floor level on its own (requires hotel staff card tap), the stairs are steep for elderly and (2) I was assign at 6th floor, it was very noisy at night (esp. high pitch motor racing and speeding vehicles) but they provide ear bud.

The location of the hotel was good. The staff—from the car park attendant and front desk to room service—were nice and helpful. The room was clean

We came as a group of 4, but only 2 room cards were issued. We should have been given at least 3. In the family room, the air conditioning outlet was positioned directly over the bed, which made one of us feel very cold at night. There was only 1 lift serving all floors, shared by both guests and staff. Most of the sockets in the room are Thai-style, so a travel adapter is needed.

The bed in this room was heaven. I have spent the last 8 months in hotels and serviced apartments ranging from budget to 5 star and this bed wins! The room is spacious, airconditioning was good, well positioned and not noisy. The Tv had a bunch of English language channels which we appreciated after a few weeks in countries where we had none. We booked the family style room that sleeps 3 - the single bed was in a nook in the corner of the room offering some privacy for everyone. The location is ideal for families or shoppers, you are minutes from the National Stadium BTS escalator and its an easy walk to any of the Siam Malls. The hotel is located next to Ibis but we paid less than a standard Ibis room and had a much much better experience and a LOT more space. Finally the staff were all fantastic. Particularly the night staff who were super friendly and helpful. Special mention to the male staff member who checked us in and provided helpful local insight.

I would perfer a walk in shower rather than a shower over the bath but that is a very small thing. Overall there was nothing i didnt like. If you added a pool it would be perfect!
