Breadfast was very good and it changes each day. The location is 15mins to 20mins walk to Pratinam fashion Mall. 10mins walk to MBK, Siam Paragon, etc. 5 mins walk to BTS station. Very convenient. Its very rare to have 2 bedroom in hotel. The room, living room, etc were very spacious. Its like a home. Good for family with children.

Various breakfast and a lot of halal food choices, the room is spacious enough, AC is excellent, the bed awesomely comfort, access is 10 out of 10, 5 minutes walking to MBK, 10 minutes walking to Platinum the biggest shopping mall for textile and clothes, food stall are everywhere, 1 minutes to 7/11 mart, what else? 2 minutes walking to Ratchatewi BTS station, 1 BTS station only to SIAM Paragon shopping center, etc

The room was clean and very spacious. I love how safe and convenient the location was. There's a 7-Eleven by the hotel and Ratchathewi BTS station is nearby. You can also walk for about 10 minutes to many malls like Siam Discovery, Siam Center, Siam Paragon, and MBK Center. No complaints with the fast and reliable WiFi. Friendly staff. They provide water bottles daily.

The gym equipment could be better, I guess. And we waited for a bit during check-in. But check-out was very smooth and overall, I enjoyed everything the hotel has to offer.

The location is amazing, close to BTS, walking distance to MBK and the other SIAM malls, a lot restaurants with live music close-by. The room was always well cleaned, there was a good variation of breakfast, generally good value for the price. Kitchen and small living room space, French balcony and a fantastic city view.

Although not bothersome, the room needs a bit of a renovation. It's no problem as long as you don't expect some hyper modern and updated interior (still an amazing place for this price). Also, the water in the shower took longer to get warm, but the bathtub one worked just fine.

A good place to stay for first time visitors like us. Very close to BTS (Skytrain) station. We took BTS from Suvarnabhumi airport on our arrival which was very easy & cost us about £2, so would advise to do this instead of paying for a taxi. The breakfast is very good. The pool is also v.good and super clean. The gym is well equipped. All the staff were attentive and very helpful. Would recommend speaking to the excursion lady in reception. The only down side for me - we paid for a delux room with balcony but the outside (balcony) aircon unit is extremely loud and makes it uncomfortable & unenjoyable to sit out. If I'd known this, i would not have asked/paid for a balcony. Overall I think it's good value for money and would definitely stay here again 👍🏻

The location is very good. The middle of everything in BKK. It is near MBK and Siam square and not far from the river. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Quick check in and check out. The housekeping staffs are also very good cleaning and providing what we need. Our room is big and clean. The breakfast is very good and restaurant staffs are very friendly. They have a very good in house massage on the 8th floor. They have a luggage storage to store luggage if you want to have a break and want to visit the islands of Thailand and to the beaches. This is a worry free hotel to start your vacation. Very worthy for your money. We will be back. Thank you.

The traffic in the center of bangkok. Not the hotel's fault.

We loved how clean and cozy the property was. The receptionist on duty during our arrival on 12 August, around 2 p.m., was very welcoming—I regret not asking her name. She even upgraded our room from a Standard Double to a Deluxe Double. The bell service staff who assisted us with our luggage was also very friendly and went out of his way to provide us with extra bottled water when we requested it. Overall, the property had excellent facilities, and the view from the balcony was amazing. We would definitely love to come back and recommend this hotel. Although the hotel restaurant is not halal, it wasn’t an issue for us since there are halal restaurants nearby.

We had a lovely stay in a 2 bed room suite. The staff over there are exceptional. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping and catering is always helpful, kind and efficient. Full credit to 'Pit' and the young housekeeper lady from Floor 19. The hotel is at decent location very close to MRT, and water bus stations and 10 minute walk to Siam and MBK centres. The room is spacious. The view from the room is superb. Bed is comfortable. The swimming pool is clean and the gym is well equipped.

It would be nice to have a step free access to the pool side. The room is still modern, clean and comfy but some of the furnishing has started to show the age and wear. The hotel is in a busy area. The traffic around it could be very heavy at peak hours.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Simon (the bell boy) for all his help. I came to Bkk for the 5th time but first time solo, primarily to relax and shop. The swimming pool is really nice for relaxation, several massage options in the area even the property has it and open 24/7; the location is walking distance to MBK Center, Siam, even Pratunam and Central World. 7-11 and streetfoods (+ coconut juice in shell for 1 eur, that was also really nice) just outside the property. Highly recommended.

The room could have been slightly bigger but for one person, it was perfect.

The apartment had good amenities. Spacious rooms. Full kitchen was a bonus. Great location, except for the alleyway to walk out of the building to the street. The swimming pool and internet was nice the welcome drink was a nice treat as well. Staff generally friendly and helpful. The proximity to a convenience store around the corner and restaurant is nice. Walkable to the market about 15min walk away. Easy to hail a Grab cab.

The alleyway to the hotel entrance is a street. So you have to be careful of cars entering and exiting. There is a CASH deposit when you arrive even though I paid everything in credit card for the booking and then paid credit card for extended /late departure.
