Good location-10 mins walk from BTS Ratchathevi and shopping centres (MBK, Siam Square, Paragon..etc) and not far from Bunthadthong Road where lot of cafe & restaurants open for dinner. Highly recommend to visit BACC-Bangkok Art and Culture Centre near by. Very helpful, polite and friendly staff-we arrived early, our room was ready for early check in, one of staff kindly offered to help carrying our luggage to train station when we checked out. Very clean room, small bathroom but it was fine, too firm mattress for us, we asked for extra pillow they waived the charge as we stayed 2 nights.

unfortunately when we turned up there was a thunderstorm in Bangkok which led to a short power cut in the hotel (out of their control) but they were well equipped and had torches for us and brought up our luggage since the lift was not working. they also have snacks in the lobby and free drinking water in the hotel rooms. the room was very clean and had a fridge and hairdryer. all staff were welcoming and very friendly, meeting us on arrival with an umbrella and brought all of our luggage in from the taxi. overall an amazing stay

Amazing experience! I almost never write reviews, but this hotel definitely deserved it. I have never stayed in hotel with such perfect service. It was even over service. Free laundry, free snacks, small gifts, every day they changed towels and bed sheets. The room was so spacious, modern, clean with all facilities. Stuff was so helpful and sincere. I would love to stay there again next time!

Communication was very strong with this hotel. It was easy to communicate with the hotel before my stay about how to arrive. They give good instructions. On arrival I received a friendly welcome. While I was there they were proactive in checking I was having a good stay. All members of staff I interacted with were friendly. When I asked about my onward journey, the staff were excellent at making sure I knew how to get where I was going next. My room was exactly like the pictures. The bed and pillow were comfortable, though the bed is on the firm end of the spectrum. The room and bathroom were both immaculately clean. There was soap and shampoo in the bathroom. All of the bed linens and towels smelled nice and fresh. I also liked that there was a lift. Communal areas were very clean and well-organised. There are sweet and savoury snacks available and extra supplies like soap. I liked having a beer and snack on the roof terrace which has comfortable furniture and city views. It was really nice that the hotel is in a small quiet street so that, while having an outlook towards high-rise modern buildings, the nearest rooftop view is over big old trees. I was only able to stay one night but I thought it was good value for a central location, and I liked the staff a lot. The hotel is both well planned and well managed. They take care of every detail. Thank you all for your hard work.

We hold a deep appreciation for this establishment, having stayed here on three separate occasions. Whenever our travels bring us to Bangkok, we fully intend to make this hotel our primary accommodation

Honestly if I can give ♾️ ⭐️ to this hotel, I would. For the price, I would say this hotel is beyond my expectation. The rooms were so sparkly clean, with towels being replaced everyday which they even packed in plastics for each towels, the entertainment system in the room (read: speaker), the toileteries provided and most importantly the top notch staffs. The staffs were so helpful with everything. Even with language barrier, they still try their very best to accomodate our needs. Oh and they provide free laundry service as well! Hmm what else. Oh okay on the 23rd, we requested for a late checkout around 5pm since our flight was at night. The staff told us to change the room to level 1 and we can just use the room without being charged with a single cent!!! I mean how thoughtful is that right? The staff said if we stay until midnight then they’ll charge 700baht. But then since we stayed only until 5pm so the room was complimentary. Idk but everything are complimentary here hahaha. One more story, my sister wanted to post a postcard to our home but didnt manage it since we were so rushed. She tried asking the hotel staff if they can help with it, and the staff was so delighted to help. And I already received an email from the staff the next day that they have posted the postcard. How amazing is their hospitality right? All in all, I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Bangkok. Thank you P18 Hotel for making our stay so memorable and comfortable. Exceptional service and the most amazing staff. The entire team at the hotel were so helpful and friendly throughout our trip, and the level of amenities offered by this hidden gem are probably unmatched. Also the free laundry service offered by them everyday is a life saver for such a hot country! The rooftop also has a microwave and some more amenities, and is overall a good place to relax. Such a good find in the heart of Bangkok near Siam, and would definitely recommend P18 hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Nothing :) it was perfect

We stayed in a room for 3 ppl. It was spacious and very clean. The hotel staff were superb! Very friendly and accomodative. The location was within walking distance to pratunam market, tofu, platinum mall, even central world and big C. It's also close to bts station. The hotel provides free snack corner and toiletries by the elevator. Also gave us christmas gift (a box of cute hand towels) during check-in. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

If I have to really find a slight complaint about the room, it would be the bathroom floor. It could be quite slippery esp after being used before (since we had 3 occupants). This is minor and does not change our overall very positive experience. Maybe can be taken as a constructive input.

Location. Close to the station. Walking distance to Siam Square and Pratunaam shopping market. The hotel itself is very clean and the hotel staff are friendly and very kind.

Shower pressure was not that strong.
