Helpful staff, clean, and room service daily

Just someday there is little smelly from bathroom. I think because the sink and bathtube could not completely cover its drainage.

Some amenities weren’t provided such as hairdryer, otherwise everything else was fine !

That guest needed to pay extra 50baht per day for towels. I made a reservation for 4 pax, but the room only provide 2 bath towels. When asked for extra towels, the staff informed that I need to pay additional daily fees. I have been a frequent guest for this hotel since 2010 but this few years the additional fees etc is out of control.

Location is the best part, it's really near to Siam Area with all the shopping and food. Value for the amount we paid for the room. The room is clean too, every day they will do room service. Staffs are friendly too. & no g h o s t s when we stay idk if that's a good point but because of the eerie look of the old building I was quite scared when I first arrived at night.

The building is quite old so at night looks pretty eerie, and then the bathroom has a drain smell. I was prepared when I saw the reviews of the smell so I brought a room spray but in the end, the spray doesn't work at all hahha. Maybe bring a stronger scent if you want the budget room but just toilet smells. Would be best if they can renovate a bit :)

First of all, the location is great.. You can walk to a BTS ratchathewi station.. And also soo near with pratunum matket, the platinum mall.. The convenience store also nearest the hotel.. You dont need to worry about it.. The room is clean.. The staff also friendly and English-speaking..

The hotel look like a old building.. Honestly, my first impression of this hotel by looking at the front, im scared.. But after that im okay.. One thing i want to remind you guys before check in, please be careful to use their facility or the thi gs in the room.. Bc some of the things will get charged!

The bed was comfortable with hot shower

The photos do not represent the room, in reality it looks quite outdated (room and furniture). The front of the hotel also leaves much to be desired (looks more like a warehouse than a hotel)

The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable to stay in, great location close to malls, markets and central for traveling across city for more sightseeing too. Very quiet, no outside noise or from other rooms which was great.

Is a little out dated, no other issues at all :)

I liked the location of the hotel as it was easily accessible to many tuktuks. I was also able to walk to several locations from the hotel. However, the hotel is not really near any trains. The staff are also very friendly and helped us locate areas to go to for laundry and food. It was also a quiet location despite being near traffic and comfortable to stay in.

Very good location, few minutes walk to all the main malls in the area - Platinum, Paragon, Central and also the markets yet located in a quiet street. Great place to stay for those who come to shop in Bangkok as this area is so busy. The bed in the room was big and very comfortable. Good value for the price.

The first room I got wasn’t very good and clean but the second time I came back I got much better room, cleaner, with big comfy bed and nice finish. I guess it depends on which room you get. The reception could have better presentation, smelled with humidity a little but otherwise cannot complain about anything. This hotel is cheap and in a very good location so it’s definitely worth the money for those who come do do some shopping.

10/10 location. - 5 minutes to everywhere: Platinum Plaza, Pratunam Market & Siam Paragon, Siam Square One, Center World, MBk & BTS Station. - Can’t drive through but can walk through Chatrium private bridge to go to Siam Paragon in 5 minutes, it means save a lot of time and so convenient, the road feeling like 5 star resort. 5/5 Price Can’t comparing the accommodations with 4, 5 star hotel but inside the room is clean. Cleaning and changing bedsheet everyday. => In this area of all 5 stars Hotel, this is the most affordable hotel but so convenient. can’t ask for more. I spent most of time to go to Shopping Center around this place so Location is the best. the room is clean and tidy is enough, worth the price.
