Close to platinum mall & many Food places

The back door is close due to renovation . Both lifts were not working and the third lift didnt stop on my level , 16th floor . Then we walked down by stair cases to lobby . I saw some people carried the luggages via stair cases. Even If the 3 lifts are working normal but it is quite slow. Please improve yr lift to be faster as your hotel mostly fully occupied.

I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. From outside it looks too old, yes it's a old building, but most of the rooms were renovated and looks super new and rooms and bathroom deserves the 5 star ratings (love the size of the room). Super clean and modern bathroom. Nice pool with a slide and Jacuzzi. My 3 years daughter very much enjoyed the kids club (play area). Easy access to Platinum mall from main road. Easy to arrange airport transfer from Hotel, as separate desk is there. Very happy with staff at the reception as she allowed us to check-in after keeping some dollars and ask to exchange dollars to Thai Baht from outside as Hotel rates are always not good and visit some time later to make the full payment.

Breakfast could be improved. Some staff at restaurant side are not very friendly, hope that at least they could smile once. There are some kind of urine smell at the corridor to Main Road.

The staff were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to assist us with additional plug adaptors. The room was well maintained, good working air conditioning, lovely kitchen with a fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bed was lovely and firm, and we had the best time sitting out on the spacious balcony.

The lifts were as described in other reviews; slow and poorly ventilated. This is the same with the corridors outside the rooms. Not sure how this can be addressed by management.

strategic location for a stay to go for massaging and to shop in Pratunam.Hotel bed is big and cozy.Room is clean

Toilet amneties are not top up regularly if stay for few nights..The bathroom water drainage is blocked.i have addressed this issue to front counter and housekeeping on the second and third day of my stay but i guess not much was done to improve the water flow.

I stayed at this hotel for multiple times. Really loved the Double Bed, and it's spacious. i also liked the standing shower area. Staff are friendly.

i went twice this year the hotel is still upgrading the other rooms, but almost done. So it's still dusty at the corridor area. Will be good if the hotel can install more brighter lightings along the corridor.

most every thing.. only wish is the plates to serve breakfast were a bit warmer. It a small gripe but one worth noting. Eating a warm egg on a cold plate can be frustrating because its an easy fix. Heat lamps over the plate stacks. Other than this it is an excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Love the new toilettes and the hot water worked well. Seems the large renovation the hotel has undergone is over any ''teething problems''. Well done to the Management. The size of the rooms is generous and all seem to have a balcony which is somewhat of a privalage in todays world of newly built hotels. All the staff need a pat on the Back. Very Very helpfull all round.

The hotel staffs are very helpful especially the short-hair lady at the receptionist (can't remember her name) the gentleman that serve us welcome drink and assisting the people with luggage was exceptionally friendly and helpful.. Just currently having big construction going on in front of the hotel so a bit difficult fir Grab to come in otherwise PERFECT. The room is exactly how it look while I make reservations online. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE HOSPITALITY.

Only inconvenience because of the big construction going on where is difficult to for GRAB to come in.. hope it will end when we visit again ..

The place look more bright, compared to my long last visitation

There was this sewage smell in the toilet, the glass door was closing with a loud sound..

Excellent hotel, very clean. We had the deluxe executive, which was on the 28th floor and was very spacious and had amazing views over the city

The location, not many restraunts about and seems a little more residential. Its easy to get to the sky train which takes about a 10 min walk and you can get to nana in 10 mins. Tuk tuks and taxis are easy to get however you'll probably be stuck in ridiculous traffic. In the bathroom there was a shower over a bath but no shower screen or even towel so all the water goes onto the floor. I was very surprised that such a high spec hotel would have this as it makes no sense

The fact that is near to platinum mall, Big C and some night market. Many convenience shop and eateries around the area.

The fact that it's not near train station, the nearest train station is about 10 -15mins walk on average. The jam outside the hotel is horrible when book grab or taxi. Getting out of pratunam area to other parts of Bangkok in the day traffic is just too chaotic and even some taxi driver does not want to fetch passenger back to this hotel when they hear that it's in pratunam. Hotel can consider adding free shuttle service for guest to the train station, considering the price of the hotel has been increasing for the past few years. I've been staying in this hotel for the past few years too.
