Location is amazing, right in the middle of shopping centers, breakfast was delicious. We also got a free coffee/tea at the reception. I booked the hotel so my family and I can easily shop and go back to the hotel whenever we're tired - Arck hotel was perfect for that. Tips: try not to arrive during Bangkok traffic hours (5 to 7pm). Traffic was very bad, we had to stop at the main road and walked to the hotel with our luggage

I liked its location. Room was comfortable and breakfast was different each of the three mornings. Staff were great. Jacuzzi was very relaxing and you didn't have long to wait for the lift. location is definitely amongst the shopping bonanza which I didn't care for but I did like there was a khlong very close by which meant some quiet from the noise of Bangkok!

Slight smell from the air-conditioning, but I'm guessing that's because of its low ceilings.

The location is perfect for shopping. The shops are downstairs of the hotel. The platinum mall is across the road. The room is clean and cozy. The staffs are very helpful especially Myanmar Staffs. The breakast is good. I will definitely come back to this place.

The floor in the bathroom is a bit slippery for kid. If the hotel has the hand shower spray in the bathroom, that would be more comfortable for kid.

I book 2 rooms has connecting door, 1 room with double beds and 1 rooms with twin bed, the cleanness was superb, bed was comfy. The reception, head chief and staff bell boy was friendly.

The picture looked like the jacuzzi is in the room but its not. The jacuzzi avail outdoor with apartment views, not private, the staff keep walking around. We had to reserved the jacuzzi before using it, avail just from 9 am to 5 pm..the timing for Jac usually on night more suit for traveller after all . We dont usually come back until night... so too bad.

If your purpose of traveling to Bangkok is for shopping, this is an ideal location. When you go out the hotel, you immediately see a lot budget friendly shops around, it’s walking distance from Platinum Mall, centralwOrld and Big C, and massage places. Staff are accommodating and friendly.

Vehicles can’t enter the alley easily where the hotel entrance is so it might be challenging for people who carry big luggages.

One of the best hotel to stay if u want to atay in the shopping area..and an area to experience nightlife. Hotel was very clean,staffs were very nice and price was good too

I check out at 6 in the morning, I was provided with breakfast upon request thank you for that. But request for a coffee and my husband for some juice which was not available at that time.
