Location is very nice especially if the main goal of your trip is shopping. There is a good thai massage place beside it and food options are also nearby. Very close to platinum mall and pratunam market. Marketplace vibe, so not for everybody I guess.

Minor details like cracks in the walls covered with tape but otherwise good value for money

I love how close the hotel is with Pratunam Night Market, 7E and street markets, the area was really lively during the day! easy access to the main road 💯 the rooms were wonderfully small, just the right size, we love it! it has tvs with youtube & netflix, toilet has bidets, strong water pressure & i love how the staffs were so welcoming & very warm, check in & check out were made so easy! will definetely come back!

the hotel has only one lift, it was really small, can barely fit 3 persons but all is good because it didnt take us long to wait for the lift! ☺️

Location is excellent with everything around, money exchange, food, massage and shopping mall. Sadly I had to buy poison spray to kill many cockroach, this was something that worried me during all my stay as I have fobia for cockroach 🪳 I killed 8-10 cockroach during my stay for 3 nights

The location is very handy - extremely close to a BTS station. The room is greatly furnished, really comfortable bed.

The neighbourhood is not the best I have visited in the city, it looks a little bit unsafe

Very central location, just above Pratunam morning market. Air con very cooling, bathroom is clean. Staff is very nice and friendly. Price is very good

Shower head spoil, water shoots in all direction. No razor, shampoo or body soap provided. Location near to Pratunam mall, can be a bit far from Bys station, not exactly accessible by car (during peak hours roads are busy). Will need to walk in hot sun or rain. Bed is itchy, not sure if vacuumed or if there’s bed bugs.

First time stay at Pratunam19, its in good location ,not in busy street area Pratunam, and surprisingly i'm amazed with the room, its big, clean, neat and such beautiful room with the futuristic lamp..Great deal and nice staying there..near Pratunam and street halal food also. The location was very convenient. Staff was helpful and the room was comfortable.

Nothing its just the hotel is a little too concealed given its location. I did like it but some people may not as spotting it can be a little too challenging if you're not familiar with convoluted cities like Bangkok.

Very close to Pratunam market, convenient to step out to every corner, there was a good massage shop near by only. McDonald’s, Starbucks , 7-11 just within 5 minutes walk. The most Shopping mall just a 5-6 minute walking distance. Hotel upgrade 1 of our room from single bedroom to double bed room, really thankful about this.

A bit difficult to find the place for 1st visit

The location of the hotel is in the heart of Pratunam. Located less than 200 metres from Platinum mall and also in the middle of Pratunam market.

the toilet is a bit smelly.
