We LOVED the location. Staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating (e.g., we managed to do an early check-in with additional cost at the very last minute). The door man was attentive to our needs (e.g., he opened the door, pressed the lift and got the lift ready for us which helped to minimise waiting time). Overall, we will definitely come back to this place as the comfort was 100%, location was awesome and the cleaning staff were attentive to our needs as well. They cleaned our bathroom up extremely well, provided us with extra toilet rolls, unclogged the bathroom drainage, making sure our bins were cleared all the time and changed our towels frequently.

Sound proofing was extremely horrible! I could hear my neighbour's conversations, I could hear people walking on the corridor and pressed the lift. I could hear people from outside the hotel room if they were drinking and talking. I could hear people upstairs walking / pulling our their chairs. Hence, if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this place. Water pressure was weak but do-able. The drainage system in the bathroom was horrible. The bathroom was flooded with water while showering and it takes a very long time to clear. Just bearing in mind that you will need to take a stairs up to level 6 as the lift only goes up to level 5. We were lucky that our room was at level 5.

Pros: Room is clean and the place is in Good location, it’s near with the shopping areas. it’s budget friendly for solo traveler like me. Staff were amazing and very helpful.

Cons: Bed is bit hard, always woke up in the morning with backache. Room is not soundproof, I can even hear the guest beside my room.

Cleanliness of hotel. The staff were polite and will greet upon seeing you. Location is next to platinum mall, walking distance to Central world the Market etc. Many food choices. There is 7-11 just 5 mins walk away. Very value for money. My single room with balcony was equipped with basic necessities for my 5 days trip - no complains for the room.

Hotel location is at end of an alley of a busy hectic street. Some might find it dark for solo female traveller as not much lighting. Distance is far from siam/chitlom BTS or airport line. Normal walking speed took me 15-20mins. Like other reviews - Water was a little cold at night. Walls are pretty thin you can hear neighbours when they return from outside.

The family suite is spacious. Could have 2 single beds and 1 double bed on ground level. 5 single beds at level 2 accessible by steps. There are some spaces for our luggages as it is too inconvenient to bring luggages up to level 2. Have a dining table, sofa and TV. Ideal to gather together for breakfast and chitchatting. Location - very convenient. Walking distance to platinum mall, massage place and just opposite pratunam market. Staff - polite staff. Able to communicate in English.

No toilet at level 2. So have to go down the stairs to go to the toilets. Not ideal for elderly folks. Toilet is with shower and no partition. So whole toilet bowl is wet when you shower.

Location was perfect, located next to Platinum Mall. Good for travelers intend to do shopping. Plenty of food on the street and in the mall area. 7-Eleven also conveniently located near the hotel. The hotel is located in one of the small streets and it was very quiet even though the main road is bustling with traffic. Staffs were courteous and helpful. Ratchadewi train station located about 12 mins walk from hotel.

The room size was small ( can fit 1 large & 1 small luggage only on floor space ) but I'm already expecting it from all the previous reviews. No breakfast provided in the restaurant but its not a problem since there are plenty of local food on the streets. I would suggest to provide coffee / tea machine for guests usage. Wifi is not strong in the room. Would suggest to use it in lobby if you're relying on the wifi.

Location just nice, it’s inside the alley but not too inner and away from the main road avoid the noisy traffic. Room was big enough for couple and the bath room was big too. Receptions are friendly and helpful. They also got international wall adapter inside the room so convenient for me for charging or using my electronics gadgets from different country.

1 The aircond , it direct facing toward the bed, it’s difficult for me to sleep while the aircond wind blow direct my face, need to manual adjust up the dividers. 2 the bed are too hard for me. Other than above, everything are still good.

the location was very good. it just few blocks away from platinum shopping mall, shikoya just across the road, tofu just 5 min walk and others. I have no regret chose this hotel thou it was my first time stay in there. recommended

sometimes the water heater can suddenly turned cold and you need to readjust but after readjust it became too extreme hot while showering. the hotel maintenance pls fix it.

All shopping places are found in the surroundings and it makes it easier for us to shop. People are nice and warm hearted. Staff vy nice, welcoming and helpful. Vy Clean hotel.

Not a variety of food available and most of them spicy. We had 2 go 2 Siam Paragon to buy food. No breakfast available at hotel. Room for two were vy good except rooms' windows were locked, only use of AC and studio for 1 person was a dark room with AC and had no window and no ray of light from outside.

The location is great! Next to Platinum Mall and December, and across the street from Pratunam market. The room was very cozy, but everything was updated. I could plug in the tv with HDMI for work. Internet was reliable.

The beds were so so so so hard. I like hard beds but this was beyond the hardness that I liked. I felt like I was sleeping on a thin mat in the ground. The room was very small and was perfect for 1 but would be too small for 2.

Price: I believe price was affordable considering we stayed during Christmas holiday & it was the cheapest & most decent in Pratunam area. Location: Just beside the famous Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market is around 5mins by foot across the street. Nearby eatery along the alley where the hotel is cooks cheap & delicious food. Centralworld is also accessible by foot, around 12-15mins walk? Facilities: They provide everything you would probably need. We have complimentary bottled water daily. Shampoo & body wash, toothbrush, & towels too. Toilet is wider than usual but room could feel small if you have a number of luggage.

We have no complaints except that it is far away from train stations. Nearest is BTS Ratchathewi, which is around 12-15 mins by foot. The bus stop is just 2mins from the hotel but the time intervals could get confusing as there are different routes they are serving.
