Excellent location. Very happening.

Asked for extra drinking water but nothing happened after 3 phone calls including one that was made by concierge to housekeeping to order. Called again the next moring to complain to receptionist but when the housekeeping brought the water over, we were treated with sour face. I travelled and stayed at different NOVOTEL in many different cities, this is very disappointing.

I can just repeat my opinion from the last years: This was 5th time for me in the same Hotel, I like the location. On the left side you can shop cheap clothing on the right side exclusive shops (OneWorld). Just under the Hotel is Pratunam market very different kind of foods all day. Beds are really comfortable. Perfect place for shopping

Loved the location. It is right next to Platinum Mall. It's also walking distance to other malls such as Centralworld, Siam Square etc. The room was big too and was clean.

Breakfast was not that good. They had a lot of food but taste-wise is just average. We only went breakfast for 1 day so we don't know if there were any changes to the food. The aircon in the room was not that strong either. So it was quite hot sometimes.

Super central, sparkly clean rooms, stunning views over Bangkok, amazing breakfast, restaurant food quality and lovely spa! Availability of a gym and the Platinum/Central World malls directly next to the hotel are a big plus! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The Concierge team downstairs went beyond possibilities to get us a faster transportation. The free hotel tuk tuk shuttle is great!

Not something the hotel can do something about, but worth mentioning: Even when the air conditioning was turned off, the sound of the building ventilation remained quite loud, therefore I wasn't able to sleep the first nights. The hotel windows are isolating, but not 100% sound proof. It was very difficult to get a taxi from the hotel.

What truly made the stay memorable was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The level of service was outstanding — warm smiles, helpful attitudes, and genuine care.A special shoutout goes to the Executive Lounge team. They were professional, friendly, and always made me feel good. I’d especially like to mention Best, one of the team members, whose exceptional service mind and dedication stood out. Best went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — truly a gem and a reflection of great hospitality.

Location was extremely convenient and was the overriding reason we picked this hotel. It's directly above the Platinum shopping mall that I could spend an entire day and is right across from the famous Pratnum night market via a skybridge. Even though the taxi pickup/dropoff is slightly confusing for most drivers, requiring a loop-around, it being in a separate zone from Platinum's makes the experience much better. Balcony pool is quite nice. Because we went on a weekday morning, there was hardly any guests and so we had the whole pool to ourselves. Pool is well-maintained and water was clean. Hotel room is a little small for a family of four, considering the bunk bed takes up half of a standardized room. Bathroom was clean, mattress was comfy and we were pleased with the disposal toiletry kits. All staffs are nice, friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience.

Nice location near a large mall and many restaurants. The hotel is updated. The breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and the staff just does not understand customer service. They are nice until there is a problem to solve and then the policy book comes out. People are travelling. Just solve the problem. They are also extremely slow at the desk. It doesn't take that long to check in or out of a hotel. I'm pretty sure I've bought and sold cars faster then their front desk.

This hotel is conveniently located next to Platinum Mall. It’s within walking distance to Big C and Centralworld Mall. The staff at reception counter and concierge are very helpful. There’s a free shuttle service, at certain timing, to transport you to Icon Square.

The halal food choice is very limited. Almost the same food throughout our 3 days. There are vegan choice but also limited. On our last night, the aircon went dead at 2am for about 1.5hours, followed by a short black-out. Thankfully there’s an emergency light in the toilet area and torchlight.

That it was just a 10 minutes walk from the metro station that take you from and to the airport, has a mall underneath it with plenty of shops and restaurants, had a connected bridge that takes you to the nearby malls if you wanted to do more shopping and the view from my room was just perfect. I wanted the room over looking the park, and even though the receptionist told me that if I wanted a better view was to upgrade to the middle rooms instead of the corner room but thankfully I didn't upgrade becuase my room was bigger and actually it really had a good view of what I wanted to record for my time-lapse!

The connecting bridge is connected to the mall , and when they close, you can't really get access to the hotel unless you walk around the hotel and have to go through the ground floor!
