The location is excellent, adjacent to Big C and connected to Central World via the Skywalk. The hotel lobby is spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxation. The staff are friendly and helpful. I definitely plan to stay here again when I visit Bangkok.

The fridge is too small and inadequately cooled, there's poor soundproofing leading to noise from outside being audible, the pillows are uncomfortable, and the bar area is limited in space.

We had a lovely view from our room on the 25th floor. Location is great, < 5 mins walk to centralworld and bigC and various other malls like gaysorn village and the market. There’s a cafe and some tea shops right at the basement next to the hotel entrance in the market. There are many USB ports in the walls by each bed for easy charging, no need to bring any adaptor! Staff are friendly and speak quite fluent english. There are some game tables (pool, table hockey, foosball) in the lobby for all guests to play. I liked that the aircon was coming from the hallway away from the beds, so it wasn’t too cold at night.

The only trash bin was in the bathroom. There’s no door between the toilet and shower so the floor will get quite wet. The conditioner felt very watered down, my hair felt awful here. Would recommend bringing your own or buying some conditioner. Fridge was really narrow, about the width of a plastic bottle. Had to store my cake vertically for it to fit. Also, when you open the bathroom door you can’t access the fridge. Just to take note that the walk to the hotel from the BTS Chit Lom station is not intuitive, you need to cut through the Gaysorn Village mall to get to it. Around 10 min walk.

Fantastic new hotel - the room of a great size for the price was well decorated and super comfortable; hotel facilities were great (gym, rooftop bar). Location was fantastic; inside a mall and opposite a bigger one. Super well connected to the main areas of Bangkok. Great stay

The location was superb. Basically within walking distance to shopping at Centralworld, Big C, Platinum Mall and Pratunam area. The covered walkway or ‘R Walk’ which is directly connected to the mall is also a plus point. The hotel is super new with excellent and well-thought out interior. There is a check in bar instead of a counter and they gave a complimentary welcome drink and candies for my kids. Thoughtful features all round. Some reviews said the hotel did not have a drop off point (perhaps when they just opened) but there is one on the Ground floor that is connected to the hotel directly. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Mon at concierge and Dada who helped with check in!

For a family the loft room was a little tight but had thoughtful features like hooks on the wall etc. But given the location, it is a slight inconvenience only.

It’s very different and unique hotel experience I had been through, starting with reception which is literally peace of art it’s amazing u just walked and focused at every corner it’s kind of bar vibes mixed with modern stylish colourful furniture, I’m obsessed with the details in moxy hotel , it’s looks Art museum , rooftop is another story ! With different area and fabulous few ! I don’t spend full day enjoying hotel facilities,stuff was very very nice and helpful they even helped us with mobile charger , room was very clean and well decorated , room view was super nice , but there’s something missed for me in room which is table and chair for eat or even chill ! BTW I would loooove to come back again ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

First impression upon stepping in, and upwards to the lobby check in on level 9, the mood was instantly lifted. Each lift was decorated with fun loving stickers, my daughter and I had fun taking picture with each different lift we took each day. The check in counter was actually a bar as well, so cute and unique. The hotel even had gaming spots like pool table, Fooseball, Air Hockey and board games! We took the chance to play a game or two each day before we head out for sightseeing/program. The room was big enough for two, clean housekeeping each day, fantastic city view. Pillows was aplenty and comfortable, although a little soft. Adjsutable airconditioning, which was great. Fuss free room, I would say, The only grip I had was with the mini fridge, too small and not cold enough to store anything. Just barely keeping water cold, but not cold enough to preserve and chill my cut fruits for instance. The breakfast spread was fantastic, the usuals - eggs, bacon, toasts etc was excellent, good choices of daily selection for noodles as well - which was equally tasty, a great start to the culinary experience of Thai cuisine. I had Thai noodles with meatballs, Kway Chup and Bur Mee when I was there, and they were so good. Enjoyed the oyster buffet while we were there, and ordered a couple of dishes from their ala carte menu, we had mac and cheese, spag ariabiatta, starters like tuna poke on wraps, crabmeat fried rice etc - each dish hits the right spots in terms of flavor and presentation! Couldn't rave more about the food. Service by staff was top notch! Attentive, helpful and friendly. We felt like we were in great hands. I couldn't rave more about its location. Located right next to Big C Ratchadamri, Central World is and just a stop away from Siam BTS station, all the usual shopping spots are within a 10 mins walk. Moxy Bangkok is rising to be a personal spot to reside when I am back in Bangkok!

Exceptional in every way, staff incredibly attentive and try their best to help even with unusual requests (I urgently needed an orthodontist). Rooms are spotless with daily housekeeping. Location between 2 skytrain lines, a short walk from airport train and a metro line a little further down. Shops and restaurants all around. Room is designed for sleeping only, but there's plenty space to sit in the massive lounge areas inside and out on the rooftop terrace.

A singular bug made it into my room somehow (no big deal), and the sound proofing to the hallway isn't great, but since it's quiet most of the time that's rarely an issue.

Kahyla was exceptional. She asked about my requested checkout time and the process was hassle-free. Surprisingly, I suggested 12:30 and she offered 1pm to give me more flexibility. This approach was totally unique in my experience. As well, Kahyla knew my name when I got off the elevator. Very nice personal touch. She even held my luggage without a pickup tag and I had no concerns that she would manage that situation well, which she did. Kahyla also offered me sweet Moxy candies. Another "sweet" touch. Checkin and checkout were super easy. Great location across from Central World. I was very happy with my choice of hotel.

One later evening, I called front desk and there was no answer. I waited 15 minutes and they answered. I expect staff was busy with other patrons.
