It is located next to the famous street 19 of Pratunam and right opposite Platinum Fashion Mall (5 mins walking), Pratunam night market is then only 5 mins away as well. Along the street nearby is Tofu and various message centres offering affordable service. Next door is also a 100-baht store shop for your souvenirs here! The nearest BTS is Ratchatewi at a straight line walk of about 8-10 mins. The hotel is attached to a smaller mall that sells bags and clothing also a McDonald's. At night you may get your doze of Banana Pancakes and fruits from the street kiosks. Hotel also allows us to have free early check-in at 8.30 am when we arrived such a welcome gesture.

The fact that the distance to nearest BTS is almost 10mins walk, going out in the morning you wont feel it but coming back after a long day you will feel that its much longer walk since we are already tired. But all is great since message is easily available.

Location is great (in between two 7-11, McD and Starbucks just on ground level), short distance to Pratunam Market and near overhead bridge to Platinum Fashion Mall. Reception area is clean and comfortable, with welcome drinks available. Staff were friendly and approachable. Check-in was smooth and fast. Hotel room is spacious and well-lit. Smart TV. Amenities were provided daily. Even able to change pillow type if you do not like the one given. Bed is really comfortable. The bathroom is really spacious and connects straight to the wardrobe, making it convenient to take your clothes. Hot water works perfectly.

Room is slightly dusty (especially inside the wardrobe). Aircon is too cold (tried adjusting but seems to be auto-adjusted esp at night). Smart TV is difficult to navigate (no direct link to YouTube etc). Not a lot of power points. Location of the hotel on Grab is in the middle of the road, need to choose McD as pick up point. But it's just difficult to get a Grab as it's right in front of the busy road.

Prime location - situated in the middle of the Pratunam district. Value for money. Rooms were big. Appreciate that hotel helped to arrange connecting rooms for us as well. There was a well-priced massage parlor at the lobby which was very convenient for us.

The rooms were a bit older than expected and cleanliness can be improved. But nothing major to complain about for a short stay. Also, do note that the wardrobe opens into the bathroom (it had 2 sliding doors on either side of it). Breakfast options were limited.

Location was OK for our needs. My wife is a food blogger so we visited lots of local food markets. Pretty much anywhere in Bangkok will take time to get around due to traffic. We took taxi's most of the time. Download the GRAB app and we used it all the time. It's like UBER. It's a little more expensive that just hailing a taxi and using the meter but it saves you the trouble of trying to communicate with the driver (they don't know where anything is in Bangkok) and arguing over the price. With Grab you order and pay on line through the app with your CC and it's done. The hotel is really nice but a little weird that you need to enter the building through an alley into a type of small market and take the elevator up to the lobby. Once there it's a nice hotel with a beautiful pool. Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Right in the heart of Pratunam, opposite December Mall & Platinum mall & within walking distance to the market. Starbucks & McDonald’s are at 1st floor within the same building. The B100 shop is next to the hotel & the prices are cheaper or competitive to Big C. The foot massage by Siam massage & spa located on 6th & 7th floor of the hotel is really good and value for money & they even have happy hour rates from 11am -8pm.

The location is 15 mins walk to chit lom BTS via the sky walk. Ratchathewi BTS is also quite a distance away. The pillows are too soft too

Excellent location, close to many shopping malls and within walking distance to the BTS and MRT. We loved the view from our room. The staff were outstanding. Thank you to Michael and his team. Yui at reception, Toey at restaurant and Witt , King and the the bell boys , and our cleaning lady, Por for excellent and friendly service. We enjoyed the breakfast and we used the swimming pool almost every day. Was our third time to the hotel and we will be back.

Staff was responsive and polite always, even on social media. Location was in the heart of shopping areas, accessible via sheltered skywalks from BTS (but quite a distance away) Place was safe as it is located on quite a bustling street with shops open till late. Shower / Toilet facilities - clean and big, hot water available, flush works well.

The pillows were originally too soft. Requested for a harder pillow, which the hotel provided afterwards. The closet inner "wall backing" is actually movable and connects to the toilet - no lock.

Located at heart of pratunam, downstairs have starbucks and macdonalds and crepe pancake. Bed is very nice and room quite big. Pool and gym looks good from the room view. Must try the hotel massage, happy hour from 1 to 8pm. Downs are lobby at level 7 then change lift to go to the rooms. Staffs at counter not really friendly but staffs handling luggage and at level 1 are nice and smiley. Lastly, tv channels are aplenty however, only a handful speak in eng.

checked in process is fast .staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and nice.. location is fantastic.. massage place good cos located at the hotel lobby very convenient.. the door man was very helpful..he advice to take tuktuk to central world instead of taxi or grab. housekeeper staff for Level 20 also good . overall we glad we choose this hotel.. we will come back again

The hotel was the perfect location to explore Bangkok, because from there you could easily take a taxi, a tuk tuk or a bus. In addition the hotel had a great pool and seats. So we could have a lot of fun and could easily relax there. The rooms were daily cleaned and we could have a great view of the Pratunam skyline. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. Next time we will surely come to this hotel again.
