Centrally located in the heart of Pratunam. A five minute walk will take you to Platinum mall. Bathrooms is quite spacious and has a homey feel. Breakfast is very good!

It’s very cozy but still needs a renovation. Wi-Fi signal is very poor in our room 2304. Would be good if they can provide some bowls and plates.

Location is strategic for those plan to go Bangkok for shopping. Room are spacious

Old carpets, should really upgrade/renovate the rooms. No hot water. Not clean when we got there. Hair in the shower and tub. Reasonably priced.

The location is next to Platinum Mall. December shopping Mall is same building with the hotel. Money changer also in the hotel building. Very near to 7eleven also. Room size is very good. The hotel maybe quite a bit old fashion but absolutely not too old. The bed and pillow is superb.

Maybe the wifi quite slow. For whatsapp and email no problem.

All the staff (reception, concierge, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff and cleaners) are exceptionally professional, friendly, helpful and always with a smile The buffet breakfast were impressive with large spread of choice. We had a wonderful time trying and enjoying all sorts of varieties during breakfast. We appreciate the complimentary fresh fruits and snacks upon our arrival. We love the location of the hotel as it is so near to Platinum Mall and other tourists spots.

The aircon control is quite old and we were unable to adjust the temperature. On the first night, the aircon was too cold. Some of the power socket are NOT functional. There are no power socket for hairdryer at the dressing table, so we have to dry our hair at different places in the room. The hair dyers can be use at one place and then can't be use on the second time, we have to search all over to find workable power socket.

very conveniently located besides The Platinum Mall, it is therefore also walking distance to other major malls such as Central World in proximity. Price is reasonable too for junior suite. hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. room service is very prompt whenever requested.

the lifts are rather run down so waiting time can be long; the room card is still using very old magnetic system and can be easily demagnetised by close contact with our handphones. we got to keep going to the lobby to have it fixed. hope they could upgrade the system in the near future.

Located near the central part of Bangkok. Central World is a very good place to shop and enjoy.
