Cleanliness and location. Of course, a reasonable price with breakfast
1st night was horrible because the staff should have known that the bathtub and water system were not functioning. The mentioned weren't functioning. However, the very next day when informed about the matter the office staff let us change to a better room. Rest all good

The location is amazing if you’re in Bangkok to shop around. The hotel looks good both in and out for its value. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
We had to change rooms because the first toilet ceiling started to leak water from above so they changed our rooms for us but the toilet pot flush didn’t work so well.

The location is really good. I've stayed at this place many times through perhaps 20 years. Excellent value for the money!
Most beds in Thailand are a bit hard; so they are in Bangkok City Inn

Its location is very strategic to go to Erawan for prayer; the bed is just my type, hard and feel comfortable to lie on.
No hairdryer, shampoo got small Roach inside:,/ Room not really soundproof, could hear people people open and close door

Location. Just a short walk from the airport bus stop. A few mins walk to Big C. Right opposite Central World and Platinum Mall.
The entire hotel seems abit bleak. Room and bathroom does smell abit. But the lovely staffs made up for it. Thanks!

The manger is very receptive and attends to your needs. The supporting staffs especially the luggage pickers and parking guards are excellent and very service oriented
Keeping room empty and letting us to check in after 2pm. I checked in early but it involve paying extra 400 baht per room for early check in fees!

Location is the best! Close to shopping district and can walk from airport link and BTS sky train. Air conditioner is nice and cool, and hot water is very stable.
Wall is quite thin I can hear people talking from the hallway.

Rooms are spacious and secure. Close to Platinum Fashion Mall and BigC and many other shopping areas. You can take the A3 bus route from airport to the BigC and walk 100Meters to the Bangkok City Inn. You can return the same on the opposite side.
