Facilities are clean and neat so you will feel comfortable.

For some reason, most taxi will not drive you back to in front of Hotel due to the some stupid gantry setup at the lane where you suppose to drive in.

Location is pretty central and convenient alongside main road - but located in a quiet neighbourhood, there is security / other hotel establishments along the same road - felt safe). 12 mins walk to Platinum Mall / Pratunam area, 15 mins walk to Chidlom BTS / CentralwOrld etc., several 7/11s and Thai restaurants around the corner. Hotel meets all requirements for basic accommodation - 24h reception, helpful staff, clean and basic rooms, has an elevator, daily housekeeping service, kettle, shampoo. Good value for money. No toothbrush / toothpaste provided, bring your own.

We loved the location. Close to some Streetfood and restaurants. We were able to walk to most of the sightseeings we wanted to see but also an easy spot to be picked up. The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was big and had all the necessities we needed. Big bed and good shower.

Only a few smaller problems. The double bed was two single beds put together. I know this happens often, but it's always a pain to be the one who lays in the middle. Some few ants in the bathroom but nothing wild. We wanted to buy breakfast one morning but I don't think they served it just yet. Wasn't sure about the reason.

The Staff were amazing! The language barrier was a little issue, but nothing that Google translate couldn't help. The room was cleaned daily and the position is good if you want to go out at anytime for food or a walk or even a midnight massage. Staff were very attentive, we hated our towels the first night that we arrived they were like a microfibre towel...something you would clean glass with so we spoke to the front desk and next day new normal towels were in our room. They forgot the water on the first day but it never happened again. So that was great, they never needed to be told twice

I didnt like that they didn't have just some of the basics. Tissues for example, soap, hair dryer. Just 3 basic things that would have really made a difference, but in saying that it was an easy fix for us (except the dryer). The hotel was a little run down, walls are very thin you can hear everything but it didn't really bother us, we would get back and pass out.

very good location. all major shopping malls are nearby. very clean bathroom and toilet, large room. cleaning every day. very friendly staff. The building is very strong, it was there during the earthquake, not a single crack appeared.

personally, in my case, this is the seventh floor, and the elevator goes to the sixth floor. but it's a small thing that didn't spoil the rest.

During my stay, I changed three rooms and the comfort was different - one room had a smart TV, the other two did not... A slightly different arrangement, small differences in the wear and tear of the equipment... Just little things really

Location a bit far from BTS station(Chit Lom) ... But easy to get Grab.. So no worries... Walking distance to nearest mall as Platinum Mall is acceptable...

I like that the location of the hotel is near the malls and night markets. I also like that there are a lot of cheap restaurants near the hotel. Also, there are a lot of good massage stalls near the hotel.

Overall I like the facilities. I just did not like that they did not have free toiletries for us such us toothpaste and tooth brush.

From the reception staff to the cleaning staff each and everyone assisted promptly. They are wonderful. There are lot of restaurants around from Thai to Indian n Burmese, Shopping is around the corner. If you walk around 15 mins from different routes, u navigate easily to Indra Square frome there on to Platinum and everything else. Thank u team P2 for the awesome service.

Close to Platinum, CentralwOrld, Erawan Shrine, and Pratunam. Quiet street. Staff are good. I asked to add a mattress on top of one of family bed, which the staff did the next day.

I think I was given a wrong room, I can't remember. I booked for Deluxe Twin room normal price $55 30m2 but was given Superior Twin room normal price $48 28m2 instead. I wasn'ts sure if there was any adjustment on payment.
