Location was superb, near to busy shopping malls like Siam Center, Siam Paragon. Pratunam Market is almost walking distance, if you like to have Indian Food, there are 4-5 Indian food joints on the opposite pavement. Staffs were very cooperative. Wifi was quite strong, View from the upper floors was awesome showing Bangkok Skyline, even from bathtub you get a skyline view

Looks like once it used to be a 5 star hotel and now it's become a little bit downgraded from all aspects, The overall maintenance as per 5 star standards, should have been done better. Breakfast room was too loud, breakfast spread was not as per standards.

The property is beautiful and the swim in the pool was fantastic! All staff, from reception to wait staff in the restaurant were gracious and helpful. We loved every aspect of the stay but did find the beds to be a bit firmer than what we're used to.

The beds were hard so it took a while to fall asleep.

The Value was good, breakfast had a good Asian spread (Indian mainly), but had rice porridge too. Pool was nice

The AC in 1901 did not cool down the room much. One of the reasons why I pushed the room was because on the listing, it said that airport shuttle was a feature offered. However, when requested upon, I was informed that this was an outsourced service, not one that was actually offered by the hotel. signage said that you would be fined if you bring in outside food or drinks. This was kind of bad considering there was a group of 15 of us, with our children as well as elderly adults in wheelchairs who were not able to get around as easily for food.

Close to most of the malls like platinum central etc Bathroom was preety big with bath tub . Helpful staff. There are many Indian restaurants next to the hotel for people who like to have Indian food while travelling You can also find currency exchange right opposite to the hotel with good rates

Pool opens up at 8am which is very late ...and closes by 6pm which is too early. Could not find good local restaurant around the hotel have to travel to soi11 which is around 2kms . Breakfast spread is full of Indian dishes...which i don't like to have while travelling..

Everything was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. I enjoyed the cheese omelette with bacon that was offered.

The pool opens too late and finishes too early. ( 10pm to 6pm) I would have liked to have breakfast and swim early.

Everything. Nice hospitality. Excellent staff. Very good Morning spread of Breakfast. Value for money fine comfortable stay you can expect with excellent view. Keep it up.

Everything was quite good except its washroom as there was no jet spray just a toilet paper kept inside. Basically it should be there both the options in the toilet. Rest is okay in terms of its services, rooms, restaurant and the location.

I liked the Pratunam location , and walk to airport link . The doorman that welcomes you in the foyer is wonderful. He offered us rest in the conference room as it was too early to check in .

Both times, the toilet bowl in lied to keep on with the running water .

Everything from the Staff behavior to Breakfast . Nice place in the Heart of the city with excellent facilities Good for a medium budget fellow to enjoy luxurious stay.

Rooms were nice. Close by lot of Indian restaurants. Staff was a little rude at times.

Staff needs to be polite.
