This is my third time we stayed this hotel. Very nice place and very convinient to go everywhere.firstly want to mention staff members very big clap to them. Really nice. Front office staff are really helpfull and very kind. I have attached there picture also. Its operation 24 hours. When we talk about cleaning side they are cleaning our rooms everyday. Very nice people always have smile on there faces. I dont remember there names but they have 4 cleaning staff doing there job very good. We stayed there 13 nights. We really miss this place . When we talk about safety its very safety place to go around and come even midnight. You can exchange money from there for good rate. No need to go anywhere. And they are providing nice breakfast 7 Am to 10.30 Am. Tea coffee also included. Very clean hotel. We would come back again soon with my family again. Good luck for you all.

Good basic business hotel. Location is very good. Not far from train station and within walking distance of various shopping malls. Good for a basic/safe place for just showering and sleeping.

Hotel is older. Not really a deal breaker for me but something to keep in mind if you are picky or looking for higher end luxury accomodations.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of major markets and public transportation The room was spotless, with fresh linens and towels and no signs of dust or dirt.

I feel the hotel should consider at least to hire one person in front office in reception who knows English well to speak it really matters for any country people those who are tourists. Almost I didn’t get what the reception people where talking it was very difficult to communicate with them. Otherwise all was fine with the property

The interior designs and amenities are made in wood which are impressive. I also like the cleaness of the room and room service + cleaning daily. Cash exchange available at the reception with resonable rates is a plus as we do not have to find a place to exchange cash. Shops and food stalls are nearby and they open late at night.

The hotel wifi was quite weak as sometimes we could not connect eventhough we are inside the hotel.

Location is hard to find, even by local taxi. Taxi driver cannot find Soi 33 Petchthaburi. It is recommended to add, Soi 8 Pathunam. Opposite RAMADA Inn even though RAMADA Inn is closed for business. But More people know RAMADA Inn.

Hotel Telephone cannot be reached by foreigner, There are too many digit. Please list the telephone number that can be reached by a foreigner. Right now, even Thai taxi driver said telephone has too many digits. That is the telephone number to call by Thai people? And what is the telephone number for foreigner to call?? Pleaselist a telephone number that foreigners in Bangkok can call you.

I would like to tell for every traveller if you want to enjoy your stay this is best place. You can get nice hospitality from the staff. Rooms are spacious. Have water bottles, kettle, bathroom amenities ,water glases etc. we stayed here 13 nights and we are really sad to leave this place. Good breakfast for everyone. We will come back again to bankok because of this hotel

Location. It’s in the heart of the city. Walking distance to platinum mall and central world. Also they provide complimentary breakfast. Daily room service and very polite and helpful staffs.

Wifi is very slow sometimes and rooms aren’t soundproof.

The location of the property is okay, it is few mins ride via grab from the Makkasan Station (Airport link) and Chitlom Station (BTS). If you like to walk, it’s near the Pratunam, Platinum, Central World Era and Siam area. There are quite good street food vendors along its streets, there are restaurants however mostly Indian. The place is probably a go-to for most Indian tourists and Indian residents. The hotel has free coffee, tea and sandwiches every morning. The bed is comfortable, we requested for a king size. They clean the room and change the sheets everyday. Toilet is clean, IT HAS A BIDET! which is a good thing. Good AC and strong wifi in the room (we stayed at the 5th floor).

It’s quite noisy at night, you’ll hear the next room and the motorcycles in the roads. But it’s bearable, we slept well anyway probably because we’re tired. To add, if the hotel can provide hotel slippers and toothbrush. And if the staff can smile, we understand, that language probably is a challenge, but smiling to hotel guests would be enough or greeting them good morning or good evening.

The location the hotel is really close to the center - Central World, Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Market. Since there’s always a traffic, walking going to these places is very convenient.

Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear doors opening from the other rooms and the noise outside
