The location was fairly good. A short walk to CentraWorld mall and Pratunam market area.

Toilet issue last day of stay. Bath room no electrical outlets

The location was strategic, near a street food market, and it only takes 12 minutes to walk to Pratunam Mall.

Nothing to complain about, and I didn't expect more for the cheaper price.

The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was so quiet! Everything was very clean and staff were nice and helpful.

Walls were very thin so you can clearly hear people in the rooms next to you and in the hallway.

Disturbing cleaning of neighboring rooms since morning

Convenient location, within walking distance to Pratunam shopping area. Massage shop just in the hotel lobby, very convenient to have a massage when getting back to hotel after a long day's walk. The staff were very friendly as well.

The hose in the bathroom was leaking which left the bathroom floor wet which was really unpleasant. The bathroom in general was a bit under my expectations. The hotel room walls are quite thin so you could hear conversations outside. But, overall, the room was acceptable.

Staff were helpful.

Accessibility to many food places to eat.

No light in men’s room on the ground floor. No extra chair and table in the assigned room.

The location is the plus point for this hotel. Very close to many shopping areas.
