Great location only a min walk to chit lom BTS station , few mins walk to Erawan Shrine and short distance to central world n big C

Should provide basic toiletries like hand soap

The hotel is in a great location. The room is big and very comfy, with a nice viewing too. We had the room cleaned even though we booked only for one night which was great.

The only problem was that it’s not 24h. We arrived very early and had to wait a few hours to check in, but we managed to check in earlier with a small fee. We really enjoyed our time there.

It ALL went well. The location was great... Chit Lom BTS station is right at the end of the driveway and the hotel is absolutely centrally located. The room was great... although it was close to the elevator, I rarely heard other occupants moving around, and I certainly was NOT awakened by the noise of others. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied. And the bed was possibly the most comfortable bed I have had while traveling. Gotta love that memory foam! All in all, Golden House provided an excellent hotel experience

It is just a minor complaint. The only thing I can think of is that they did not have onsite laundry service. I had to find and make my way to the laundry close to the Palladium shopping center. Not a big deal at all.

I HAVE STAY HERE MANY YEARS! IN ONE OF THE AREAS IN CENTRAL BANGKOK. THE RAIL CHIT LOM STATION IS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOTEL, AGAIN CENTRAL SHOPPING DISTRICT IS RIGHT THERE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR OVER A DECADE. LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, SIZE OF ROOM, ATMOSPHERE. THE STAFF VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING YOU IN ANY AREA YOU NEED ASSISTANCE. I LIKE ROOMS.I CAN LOOKOUT SIDE THE ROOM. ALL THE ROOMS HAVE OUTSIDE VIEWS.I’VE STAYED ON THREE DIFFERENT FLOOR AND THE ROOMS HAD OUTSIDE VIEWS. BANGKOK IS A BEAUTIFUL CITY. THIS HOTEL IS EXCELLENT. SECURITY EXCELLENT! 24 HOURS A DAY. ALL AREAS HAVE CAMERAS. LAUNDRY DONE IN ONE DAY . “A PLUS!”

10 star 9 star 4 service, i would restay again if you looking to stay in Golden House reminder that after 10pm there won't be staff but no worries you can give them a call and they will check you in!.. +1star is how convenient the shops are. Just 10 - 15min walk and you'll reach Big C! Tips take the over head bridge much more convenient...

The location was excellent. It is close to the BTS, plenty of malls and Close to 7 eleven. It was cleaned and tidy, Good internet, air conditioning and the staff is lovely.

The toilet smells very bad, we think because of the system that they have for the sewage. So it can be uncomfortable.

The location is amazing, near the central world and the staff are all very polite with this kind of price, totally worth it.

The location is fantastic. The ladies at the desk were always kind and helpful. The internet speed was enough for zoom meetings and online classes. Having Central World around the corner was super practical.

The rooms are a bit smelly and the windows do not seal properly, so all the noise enters the room.

Good location close to Chit Lom station and Siam area. Staffs are kind and friendly. Room is maintained clean.

A little bit old. Fragrance attached to the air conditioner was not my taste.

Friendly staff, old but everything ok, location is great. Price ok for location. Lobby nice. Lots of Thai massage places nearby.

Got a bit noisy from the Main Street and BTS station but otherwise ok and wasn’t too bad.
