Firstly, i would like to give double thumbs up to Vanessa for the very smooth check in process! She was very attentive and very patient in explaining the faclities of the hotel. Everyone in the hotel was an absolutely superstar in making our experience here the best we have had in bangkok. The rooms were super clean after every house keeping (ps, even the mirrors were flawless). Kudos to the housekeeping team too! The rooms were properly segregated with the luggage being places near the walkway from the bath to the toilet, so when i get ready, did not have to scurry around the room waking up my partner as everything is done inside the toilet area which was very comfortable and brightly lit. The walk to the train station / Erawan Shrine is also short with a mini short cut through the erawan mall. One plus point is that the path back is very brightly lit at night so it wasnt scary at all. We also dined at Front room thai restaurant and it was an total blast. I would say its one of the best meals we have had in bangkok (pls try their desserts). All in all, Waldorf exceeded every single expectations we had of a 5 star hotel and safe to say, we will definitely be back here on our next trip to bangkok.

More chinese tv channel It would be appreciated if more channels could be added to the television service. Many people would find it enjoyable to have a wider selection of programs available. The additional channels would offer more choices for viewers to explore different genres. Expanding the current offerings would undoubtedly enhance the overall viewing experience for everyone. Ultimately, more channels would provide greater satisfaction.

The suite has one of the largest living room in town. The decoration and ambience are beautiful and grand. The living room will give u 180 degrees view of Bangkok’s central business district, one of the rarest scene to get among most of the hotels in town. The location is close to Central World, Gaysorn Plaza and Paragon. Sky train station is within the walk range.

The exceptionally beautiful outdoor pool was as I expected. I loved I could do lap swimming overviewing Bangkok. The restaurant on 55th floor, Bull and Bear was terrific!

I chose the grade of room I wanted and needed, and I am on Genius 3 level, which means I might have paid less for the room. However, what I experienced is that I didn't get promotion but got the least they can serve because I paid less - and I hope not. My room was very low (6 out of somewhat 50+ stories) and looking right at the working site. I could communicate with the workers. They changed my room but it was a city view room on the same floor, and it was a little bit smaller. I was like 'this is not bad' only because the staff who helped me moving to another room was kind. I don't know this is what they are doing but I think they should not sell the rooms with working space view at lower price. Or giving rooms with better condition only when you complain a lot.

hotel room build quality and staff were great. location is close to central world, big c, gaysorn, walkable to BTS station as well to get to Silom area. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Gym is not big but has enough and high quality equipment. the sauna/steam room was also great. Its not an overcrowded tourist hotel probably because of the price.

Renovation next door is the view for my room, not noisy in the room, but not a good view. the swimming pool unfortunately faces this same renovation and is noisier because its outdoor.

Exceptional hotel with beautiful designs, huge rooms, amazing breakfast with American/English/Asian selections, great restaurants and kind/warm/professional staff. The Bull & Bear restaurant on the 55th floor offered a gourmet experience with stunning views - rsvp required to ensure a seat (ask for one by the window!). Also, the chefs's tasting menu at The Front Room was divine and featured a number of fusion Thai dishes that were incredible. Location is central to shopping, sightseeing and dining.

The shower set up in the bathroom is very odd, with nothing to keep water from flooding the floor area. Also, room service delivered food that was tasty, but cold.

Location is the first plus. Classy and nice facility. Breakfast excellent. I would like to thank the hotel for sending very delicious Chocolete Rasperry fudge cake for our Wedding Anniversary. Kind of them.

Dont recommend discovering Banghkok from here. It is always red in Google Maps. It takes minimum one hour to get out and in the district. It is good to see the central district only (Siam). Last, we were unfortuanete to get the worst view possible.

There is massive construction work just next door as well as on the other side of the street. Had I known that, I would probably had picked another hotel. The noise was disturbing first at the pool but you got used to it. Fortunately, nothing could be heard to the room.
