The hotel is lovely with restaurants on site and a great pool in the bar area. Amazing Spa snd massage facilities on site too. Our initial room on arrival was not as expected for a 5 star hotel. The Manager did agree and upgrade our room. We were also given complimentary massages. Our new room was much more as expected. The staff were extremely helpful. Location was good

Initial room was poor for 5 star. We talked with the Manager and were upgraded to a lovely room and staff were very helpful. We ordered room service on our second night using the QR code app supplied in our room which confirmed the order. After we waited an hour we called to be told the app was not working. It was then too late to go out for dinner or re order. We spoke to the manager the following day who was extremely apologetic and offered lunch and drinks to compensate. Any issues we encountered were rectified by the staff quickly. The app/food issue was just unfortunate but annoying sll the same.

Nothing really. 2nd stay at the hotel, and just as good as first time. First time just my wife and I, and this time with my wife and daughter.

It’s comfortable, the staffs are friendly and helpful when I first arrived at the hotel. Breakfast is situated at a breathtaking 17th floor and the quality served is impeccable. The rooms are tidied very well and the staffs have accommodated to my requests even before my stay right down to extending my check out timing as I was running late. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable in bkk at Hansar! I’ll definitely recommend and return!

Central location with good transport links. Staff were exceptional and attentive. The concierge who booked us in and helped us with our queries was most helpful and polite. Pom our cleaner did an excellent job the room was spotless. Breakfast was lovely with a large selection. The bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced. Thank you all

The pool was a bit to cold

Excellent location, just outside the CBD. Close to transport links and walking distance from central one world mall (I hope i got that right). All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Always on hand to help. Breakfast was varied and very fulling and an amazing view. We tried elfin cafe for dinner one evening and the food was excellent, large portions. The urban suite we booked was amazing, 2 tv's, a living area and bedroom and 5 piece bathroom suite and dressing area. Nice touch with the green wall. Overall an amazing start to our honeymoon. I would highly recommend. There was no need for adaptors for the plugs and room service was very quick when we requested an iron. Overall, I would recommend it.

Lack of plug sockets, I counted 3 and one was faulty in that it charged my phone but wouldn't work the iron provided.

Cleanliness needs attention for basic standards. When entering the room for the first time, leaving feces residue in the toilet, pubic hair on the floor, and dust on amenities that will be used is not a good impression. For a property at this level, this is not good. I talked to the front desk staff, and no action was taken after sharing the details and photos after checking in.

Service, comfort, food and facilities were great. Room was lovely and quiet and the bathtub was heaven. I would certainly come back, oh and breakfast was excellent and on the rooftop so you could escape the air-conditioning if you wanted.

Airconditioning was very fierce so public areas were too cold to sit in without a jumper. Housekeeping kept turning my aircon back on very cold which was difficult as the windows did not open so I struggled to warm the room back up. Ended up wearing pyjamas and folding the quilt over double so I could sleep.

A Fantastic find in the middle of Bangkok, surrounded by well know international 5* brand hotels, within easy walking distance to local sights and shopping precincts. Great value for money to be able to have a one bedroom suite for the same price a king room in a neighbouring international brand hotel. Decor and size of the room was great and representative of the local culture. Good breakfast on the 12th floor terrace with good views.

I loved the customer service that I received from the hotel; thank you JAY for making it a wonderful experience. Initially, it felt rather unpleasant due to the uncomfortable bed and a minor communication issue. The team helped provide me with a swift solution, replacing my bed and room for comfort. I must say I didn't expect this. They even helped with providing a laundry service for my clothes, we managed to get it done, but the team was accommodating. Thank you for making our anniversary great at your hotel. Although I am a Marriot Bonvoy member, I would return to Hansar for Bangkok. It is next to the metro and also a 7 11 shop. P.S. I had the best message at the Spa and have tried other hotels; if you stay at Hansar, you need to try their Spa.

The only remark would be the language challenge in speaking English with some staff. I would look into providing a dine-in service 24h they currently do not have. Also, adding a shataf (toilet hose), some of the hotels in Thailand have this now, which I expect now in hotels.
