The hotel's location is perfect, very close to BTS station and many shopping areas. The apartment was spacious and well decorated. The breakfast buffet was delicious.The staff was super helpful. I had a late night flight and they allowed me for a late check-out and also lounge access afterwards check-out, so that I can wait in the hotel. That was very helpful and saved me from wandering or waiting in random places. I am most grateful for their kindness.

The hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of some major malls. The staff were exceptionally nice and both the check-in and check-out were fast. The breakfast in the hotel was good and more than enough to help me start my day.

While the hotel provided free wifi, the room in which I was staying seemed to suffer from 'dead spots' where insufficient signal was received to be reliable. While the sitting room had no signal, I could receive a signal of sorts in the bedroom. I believe this is more to do with the particular room since I have stayed at this hotel before and had no particular wifi problems.

On our arrival the hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our overall impressions of the one-bedroom apartment were very positive over the course of our stay. We were very pleased with the amount of living and sleeping space we had and there was also ample storage space. Although we didn’t eat in the apartment it had all the amenities necessary if you wanted to cook for yourself. The room was always immaculate when we returned from a day out travelling around the city with fresh towels and toiletries etc. A varied self-service breakfast was available every day from 6-10 am and there was something to suit all tastes. The staff were very good at helping with any special requests and making sure all the food and drinks were regularly topped up. Access to the Executive Lounge on the 15th floor was a fantastic bonus with drinks and snacks available throughout the day. All the staff were always helpful in answering any questions that we had as this was our first trip to Bangkok. The location is perfect for access to various food and shopping locations; numerous malls and food outlets are a short walk away. You also have convenient access to a the local BTS station. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this location again and I wish all my holiday accommodation was as good as this! We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had an early arrival and the room was not ready yet; however, we were granted access to the lounge which was a nice way to refresh after a long flight. The room was spacious for the 2 of us and had all the amenities we required. After traveling around Asia for 3 weeks, the washing machine was a big plus! The breakfast was great and offered a vast variety of dishes. The location of the hotel is great too. The metro is close by, and by foot a lot can be reached too. We would certainly stay again.

The rooms are a little outdated and the bed was rather hard the first night until we got used to it

Beautiful spotless supremely comfortable room. Outstanding breakfast. Staff exceptional. Was able to check in earlier than advertised and had use of the beautiful spacious lounge even after check-out as we had a late flight on leaving.

We were upgraded to a suite on arrival. It was a lovely gesture. The staff from reception, concierge, housekeeping right through to the breakfast area were amazing. The hotel is well maintained, clean and has all the amenities including a washing machine which was great. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. We received a complimentary teddy bear, I love it. Access to the executive lounge was a bonus. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of options. Also, the hotel is situated in a safe area within a short walking distance to lots of shops and eating places. Thank you for an amazing place. We will definitely be back.

Loved the spaciousness of the room. The hotel upgraded one of our studio suite room to a one bedroom suite. Location was pretty convenient too. It’s not on the main shopping street but easy to get to with all the skywalks. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The Executive Lounge didn’t feel executive at all. There were no staff manning the lounge at all during the 3 days I was there. Food and cutleries were not replenished. So if others were there ahead of you and have eaten the food brought out…it’s gone. I even had to enter the washing area to get my own plate from the dish drainer on the 2nd & 3rd day. Only coffee, tea and water were served. No soda or juices were available.

Room is generally clean and property is well maintained although clearly old. Hotel is not over crowded. Location is brightly lit at night and felt safe. Breakfast coffee is good although breakfast is a little disappointing.

Throw cushions on the bed and sofa are very dusty. My Finding forgotten dirty child-sized crocs in shoe cabinet upon check-in. No bottled water or disposable slippers upon check-in. But these were provided the next day. No dryer, just washing machine. Clothes line in bathroom sags so clothes get bunched up when drying, even when the line has been tightened. A clothes drying rack will be helpful. No washing liquid or new sponge for cutlery, cups and plates in kitchen. Didn’t use the kitchen as I prefer to wash shared kitchen utensils before using.

Great location, and the breakfast was genuinely satisfying—nothing to complain about, solid hotel standard. The room was clean, well-maintained, and carried a charming, slightly classic vibe. The gym was well-equipped, and the rooftop pool was excellent—truly a highlight. The staff were kind and consistently helpful. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

If we had to mention one detail, the air conditioning in the lobby was a bit too strong for our preference—but it was certainly not a major issue. It’s honestly hard to find any negatives. Of course, a slightly lower daily rate would always be welcome, but even so, the price for our three-night stay felt more than reasonable.
