The staff and convenience were big plus points for my partner and I. The staff were super helpful and friendly, very informative and often offered help even without me having to prompt. They also have a pretty extensive menu and their cafe food is truly quite good. I'm also a bit of a neat freak and I can tell that the team that handled room cleaning were VERY tidy.

The only - and I mean ONLY - gripe we had was that the TV streaming was a bit poor (the reception), and we couldn't Bluetooth/stream our own videos to counter this either, but it's really not that big an issue compared to the overall experience.

The stay was extremely comfortable. Location was excellent. Their facility for dropping you off on the nearby BTS station and centralworld mall. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable Really enjoyed the breakfast aswell. I would definitely come and stay here again.

Lights need a puzzle to solve ,click right , click left click here click there, it's a maze and the overhead reading lamps were placed horribly. The usb charger port on the right side of the bed broke my power bank , i put to charge overnight and woke in the middle of the night with powerbank lights flashing, it never accepted charge again and could not get it to charge even using the original charger, the powerbank doesnt even charge my device , the module was apparently burnt inside / broken

A perfect city hotel. My family and I booked three rooms of different types to suit our needs: one large double, one twin room and a room with cot for my son, wife and baby. We liked that it was a relaxed place to stay with excellent pool area and covered outdoor space to have drinks / meet up. Breakfasts were ample and fresh. Our rooms were very clean, comfortable and ample amenities and generous size. Also very quiet at night. It was easy to order transport for our group and the staff were very helpful and friendly…it helps when you have a cute blond toddler in tow!

After years of travelling ( I am now in my 70s) , I don’t understand why popular hotels don’t reserve a number of rooms for guests who arrive really early. Our flight from Europe arrived in Bangkok before 6am. We then had to wait four or so hours for an early check in. A fair number of guests must leave the hotel early / very late Eve for their flights. I realise this would probably require an extra shift for housekeeping so guess that is why it does not happen. A minor gripe. All in all a very good base for our family to explore Bangkok.

The position, the cleanliness and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding! The room was decently sized and equipped.

However, I would have expected more in terms of amenities and services. The gym is not up to the standards, the breakfast is not in line with the category of the hotel and, I maybe was not lucky, but it's my 3rd time I stay at this hotel in 3 different years and every time there were renovations and repair work which have a negative impact on my ease and comfort of stay. However, because the staff was really incredibly nice, I may go back again.

It’s been over 20 years since I’ve been to Bangkok and the Marriot was a great choice to start off my trip. It was so IN walking distance to CentralWorld, and the BTS. Very convenient to get to the main spots of Bangkok. The rooms were clean, abit tight but that’s is expected. The breakfast buffet was 10/10 it was delicious, loved everything about it. Staff was excellent, friendly and overall it was a great stay.

Besides all the mall areas there wasn’t much local Resturant’s near by.

Location is quiet within 10mins walking distance to Chit Lom BTS. Room is spacious and clean. There were many variety of food for buffet breakfast, eg. Egg station, waffles, pancakes, porridge, noodle station, salad & cold cuts, bread & pastries, yogurt and dim sum.

The aircon automatically turn off on one early morning but it came back on on its own after some time.

The location and very close to the shopping mall and very clean
