A fantastic room with everything we needed. You enter past the small kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer (with complimentary water bottles) disposable slippers are provided. You pass into the large living room with settee table and large TV which is Samsung. The bedroom is adjacent to this and again is very large for two people. It has wardrobe with small safe. A dressing table and door onto a balcony. The bed is very firm but neither of us minded that. There are built in usb and charging points in the bed surround on both side (a bonus). The bathroom is well equipped and again very generously proportioned. The staff were very polite and helpful. It was cleaned daily and reasonably quiet. The location is quite close to the BTS Bangkok overground network. I would recommend this for anyone considering a short break in Bangkok.

This property came recommended by friends. We got a 3 bedder duplex (for 7 pax) which was beautifully furnished and clean. Nice private indoor pool. Location is very serene/quiet in the evenings and quick walk to Chidlom BTS. With some good cafes and restaurants within walking distance

Beds could have been a bit more comfy. We found it a bit hard. On our last morning before checking out, there was a technical issue on the upper floor but the host made up for it which was very nice of her.

The room is very spacious, great for traveling with family and friends with privacy and also common area to hang out. Location is good, close to shops. And within 15 mins walk you are right in central world. The staffs are very kind and friendly. Would highly recommend this place

The beds and pillows are not comfortable, be great if pillows options are available or mattress can be upgraded

We were a large group of 10 and wanted a property large enough to house us all, while being in a safe location. The Benviar Residences ticked most of the boxes for us. Property was extremely large. Felt like we could put another 8 of us comfortably into the property. It is a 10mins walk from BTS but they have a tuk tuk to send u there. However, only 1 tuk tuk in the property

We booked the presidential suite. It was disappointing that the private property was getting fixed and could not be used. Also, we wanted to use the gym at the property but it was too small to really share the space. Only 2 ppl max inside.

Traveled as family of 6. + Spacious, clean and modern rooms with balcony + Great location, walking distance to Lumphini park and to a restaurant shopping area , and just a tuk tuk ride away from many other attractions + Helpful, kind and attentive staff

One of the king size bed mattress was really a hard one but that could be a matter of personal taste, so I would take this feedback with a grain of salt.

Location of the hotel is in quite area and surrounding of nature, it’s rare in city like Bangkok. When you stay in hotel you feel comfortable like home, also the staff are friendly they are always helpful in anything we asked them. The smile was in there face all the time spicaly the owner she is very kind.also providing tuk tok to deliver to bts station for easy movement.

WOW! This place was amazing. Spacious apartment in quiet area but close enough to the shopping centres. The standard of the rooms was exceptional but what really makes this place stand out was the staff. Special mention to Rin, Peet, Ying and Nanas who were so friendly and made our stay so special.

the house is of good size for my family of 9, comprising of 3 kids. the location is near to the langsuan stretch and they provide free tuk tuk shuttle to chidlom Station!

the bed in the master bedroom seems a little old with creaking sounds, whereas other beds in other room seem fine though

Service was amazing, this place has definitely improved a lot compared to the previous reviews. I was really surprised that on the day we checked in the manager was at the front desk greeting us and explaining everything we needed to know about the hotel. Contary to some other reviews, I thought the bathrooms were great. Towels were changed everyday and there were extra towels too. I saw previous reviews about the water not being hot enough and was a bit worried, but it wasn't a problem at all. You just needed to not put the shower at max water pressure (which was ridiculously strong anyways at max power) and/or adjust the max temperature of the water heater under the sink. Most importantly, the shower has a glass enclosesure with doors! I've been to so many hotels in southeast Asia where the showers were small and didn't have much of a separation from the toilet. Much less a door. Just don't point the shower head towards the door and it won't be messy. The beds were amazingly comfortable, it's a shame that my schedule was so busy I couldn't spend much more time sleeping in them. The room I stayed in had a random jacuzzi in the bedroom. I couldn't help but laugh out loud when I saw it for the first time. I didn't use it but I guess if you want to have a romantic bath time with your significant other it would be useful. The electric sockets were all international friendly and the ones in the bedrooms also had usb plugs. I didn't need to use my adapter at all. Swimming pool use is by reservation and you can book up to 2 hours for private use. I think this is better because then you don't have to deal with other people, especially families with rowdy kids.

Pictures of the room weren't super exact to the ones shown in the room previews but overall the rooms in the 3-bedroom suite were still spacious and nice. I was really excited at the prospect of having a slide from the second floor to the first, but I'm gonna guess that's only in the 4-bedroom suite. My only complaint is that I wish the beds had 2 normal pillows instead of the 3 decorative square pillows that weren't really usable except for as a backrest.

Huge apartment. Very spacious with 3 large bedrooms, living room and dining room. Having a kitchen, washer and dryer is nice. It is a fully functional apartment despite that actually being a hotel. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Location is central. A 5 minutes walking distance from a complex of restaurants and 20 minutes from the big malls.

Lots of traffic outside make it somewhat noisy if you open windows, but that's not such a big deal.
