From the moment I arrived, the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff made me feel truly at home. The interior design of the hotel is nothing short of amazing. It beautifully combines modern luxury with antique elements, creating a sophisticated and elegant ambiance. Every detail, from the carefully chosen furniture to the intricate decor, speaks to a deep respect for both cultural heritage and contemporary design. As someone with a keen eye for design, I was truly impressed by how thoughtfully the spaces were curated. The hotel’s atmosphere invites relaxation while maintaining a sense of timeless grandeur. A special mention must go to Ms. Katesarin Aom, the front office manager, whose professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. She ensured that every aspect of my visit was smooth and enjoyable, always with a friendly smile and a genuine desire to assist. Additionally, the front desk receptionists—Shopper, Pear, Jam, and the rest of the team—offered service that was nothing short of impeccable. Their efficiency, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. Whether it was assisting with check-in, providing recommendations for the city, or handling any requests, they were always eager to help. The combination of world-class service, exceptional attention to detail, and a beautifully designed hotel made this stay unforgettable. I’m from Saudi Arabia and travel frequently, but this hotel and its incredible staff have truly set a new standard for hospitality. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and I look forward to my next visit.

Very comfortable and spacious room with a great view. I greatly appreciate the service I got from Mr. Pond at the reception. He not only upgraded us to a deluxe room on the 15th floor but he also came to our room to assist me with my Wi-Fi access. I also greatly appreciated the service I got from Ms. Orm in the restaurant during our breakfast when other servers including the female supervisor either ignored us or conveniently forgot our requests for tea and special requests for eggs. Ms. Orm apologized for their conduct and made sure we got what we wanted. She was kind, gracious and very attentive to our needs. It would have been nice if her other colleagues especially her female supervisor was like her.

We have to depend on the servers to have tea/coffee to be served to our table. The servers get very busy during peak times and we had to wait indefinitely just to have our beverages. We recommend that tea/coffee should be kept at a convenient station and the guests can help themselves to them like the they do for the beverages. The service in the restaurant during breakfast times definitely needs to be improved. The servers whom I don’t blame at all look stressed running from table to table often forgetting to serve some guests unintentionally due to the heavy volume of people in the restaurant.

Amazing views from our lovely room on the 18th floor. The room was spacious and well-appointed, beautifully furnished and in good, clean shape overall. Staff is first-rate, very helpful and friendly! Good breakfast at a reasonable price with an extensive choice of Asian and Western specialties. Free parking on the premises and a decently fitted gym.

The bathroom urgently needs its caulking redone, as it was tired and discolored and starting to get a little moldy in places. That was a stark contrast to an otherwise impeccably clean and well-maintained room. Another point of criticism is the overpriced restaurant on the 25th floor. The food is good (and again: excellent staff at the restaurant as well), but just too expensive for what it is.

Everything - the room was comfortable for me and my teenage sons, the breakfast was excellent, the pool was lovely to be at, the gym had good facilities. The only think I would say is yoga blocks would help as people use yoga blocks for many things these days and it would also help smaller guests sitting on the benches but that is really a small detail. They had Swiss Balls and long straps! The rooftop bar was really nice to relax in and the mezzanine restaurant had very yummy food. Above all though, it was the team that made the stay really special - they were attentive to every detail, warm and spot on to our every wish. Definitely a place to come to and come back to!

Service during breakfast somehow slow. Breakfast buffet could be better for a 5 star hotel. Not always easy to communicate in English, which is also strange for a 5 star hotel.

A hotel situated in the great location, with interesting design and interiors, with spacious, clean, comfortable, well-furnished and very well equipped rooms and a swimming pool offering spectacular city view, allowing to unwind after a busy day. Front desk and room service incredible friendly, helpful, very professional and devoted. Fresh and tasty breakfast with vast selection of both local and international food, fruits, desserts and several dishes made to order. Elegant, fine dining restaurant and drink bar on the top floors. Staying in the Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road was truly enjoyable experience. I definitely recommend it to anyone willing to visit Bangkok and hope to visit it again. With pleasure I rate it strong 10/10 – they deserve it.

The location is close to the metro, the pool is really great, the staff is very friendly welcoming and is trying the best to make your stay very comfortable. Furthermore the gym facilities are very good as well. The hotel is clean and very well managed. the breakfast has everything to offer. You can eat yourself through the world. The fresh prepared eggs how you like them are great and there is something different every day. Our wish to switch to a higher floor room was fullfilled on the second day. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a 4 night stay in BKK.

Prices for food and drinks are quite high at the bar and at the pool - compared to what you get for it. plus 10% service charge and tax But tit was also ok. There were some private events on the rooftop bar where they did not open it for hotel guests - but also there you can find your way around it

This is a small hotel opp the American embassy/residence. Initially we thought in no man’s land but realised quickly perfectly placed A 10 min walk from BTS Ploen Chit. Central Embassy on corner for luxury shopping, great breakfast at Sarnies 5 minutes away in next street. 10 mins walk to canal boat straight to old town. Hotel pool is small but fine and roof bar beautiful for sunset drinks. We had room with balcony facing embassy. Would stay here again if good price

Indigo hotel design is a little dated and messy but rooms are large
