Most of the friendly staff and the quality of food, the food choice during cocktail section in the executive lounge is impressive that there are 3 different set of food choice in successive 3 days.

While we check out at the Executive Lounge, we have requested a female staff that we sould like to check oit, however a male staff told her that he is helping other guest doing check in, and not free for helping us to do check out, request us to go to the lobby to do. As we are in hurry to go to the airport, we went to the lobby check out, however these experience make me a bad feeling that we have been treated unfairly and uncomfortable. Besides the water pressure of the shower is too slow in both rooms.

The room, and thank you to the Athenee, was QUIET. I'm 36 years old, and a quiet room, in the middle of the business district, with Tuk Tuk's screaming ridiculous outside, is QUIET. So, thank you, Athenee, for being only the other hotel in the area (Sofitel) to provide ultra-quiet rooms. The rainshower was amazing, along with the air, as cold as it was, and the room service (dinner) and amazing breakfast was AMAZING!

Only one two things. The first is they don't have a sauna, spa, nothing that you can really enjoy on the property, and there's really nothing you can do about that. 2), check-in, and so it seems, at every hotel in Thailand, and even Japan, is TRASH. The only check in that was nice was at Sofitel 2021 just down the road, but, again, you can expect this from every check in. Not very nice and TRASHHHH.

Fantastic location a few meters away from the Phloen Chit BTS station. Incredibly friendly and professional staff. One of the best breakfasts I have had in a very long time ; the food selection is great. The room was big and the bed very comfortable.

A few small points to flag disappointing given the standing on the Athenee Hotel. You need a PhD to switch on/off the lights in the room. There was a bit of a mouldy smell around the AC system, but you could not smell it once in the room. Last but maybe the most surprising, some of the guests had a pretty appalling behaviour (loud, selfish) in particular at breakfast and in and around the swimming pool.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. There were many food options from different cultures to choose in the buffet. The hand made juice, custom yogurt, and Japanese breakfast were my favorites. My stay was very relax. The room was very clean, on the way to my room, there was a relaxing jasmine smell on the hallway which I really like. I also loved bathtub in the bathroom, it was very clean and big and made me enjoy my bathing a lot.

I don't anything I dislike. The only thing I felt pity was that I couldn't book any appointment for Thai style massage because it was all fully booked up. I would suggest anyone who wants to have massage there to book it early.

1). Evening Hors D’oeuvres at the Club Lounge is good and varied selection of food and cocktails. 2). Excellent, truly absolutely the best breakfast in all of Bangkok at the Rain Tree Café. We stayed in this hotel in 2019 and now in 2023 and the breakfast is as gorgeous as it was! Large selection of freshly squeezed juices for every taste. A huge selection of cuisines: Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and European with a very wide range of culinary! 3). The ATHENEE Hotel has fragrances installed throughout the hotel and on the Club floors and there is always a pleasant aroma. 4). Very comfortable beds and linens. 5). The whole hotel is clean and shiny, all common areas are cleaned regularly and promptly. Also very good cleaning of the rooms, everything is updated on time. 6). The staff is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. 7). Very good Internet connection, no problem in all areas of the Hotel.

1). BYREDO cosmetics (Shampoo, Shower Gel & Body Cream), the same cosmetics in other hotels in Bangkok: The InterContinental Bangkok (by IHG) and CONRAD Bangkok (by Hilton). 2). The female hotel staff in the Club Lounge almost all wear brekels and are always smiling. It doesn’t look pleasant and they’re not all pretty at all.

Everything. Trimmings and fittings are beautiful, staffs are courteous and helpful, Spa is fantastic. And it is close to Ploen Chit station.

The hotel is located a little out of the city centre on the edge of a beautiful park, but very close to a sky metro stop. Breakfast was an extensive buffet, with choices of cuisine from all over the world, and an a la carte option as well. The rooms were really well appointed and of good size. The staff were super friendly throughout the hotel. The facilities were fantastic. The hotel has a lovely roof top pool and bar area as well as various delicious restaurants.

It was a perfect stay. There was nothing we didn't like.

Nothing really

It is a lovely hotel with Thai culture incorporated throughout, in excellent condition. The staff is incredibly professional, kind, and warm, and the internal communication among the team creates a seamless experience. The Club Lounge is one of the best we’ve ever experienced, excellent food and service. It’s hard to choose from the many excellent hotels in Bangkok, but Athenee is a fantastic choice.

No negative remarks! Perfect stay

A great property in a good central location. All the amenities including pool and fitness room with good selection of cardio and weight equipment. Very pet friendly and they catered to our little sausage dog Mylo. The staff were friendly, professional and always looked for ways to improve our experience. This was our second time staying at The Athenee and we will stay again when in Bangkok.

A bit of a stretch to find anything negative. Maybe a little bit dated in terms of decor and room/bathroom fixtures.
