Breakfast was decent. Sufficient choices, the live noodle station was great, freshly prepared upon ordering. Perhaps would be a nice touch to have more local desserts, as the only dessert seen was just ice cream. Staffs were excellent as well, shoutout to the bellboys as they are always eager to lend a helping hand as they are the first to face, always with a smile and greets. Appreciate one of the bellboy who helped me during checkout, as he was the one who realised one of my luggage wheels were missing, and took the initiative to suggest to go check in my room one last time in case the wheel fell off in the room, came down while i was already waiting in my Grab and told me he couldnt find any. It was the effort that i do truly appreciate. I didnt get to catch his name tho!

Room lights were too dimmed, especially night time. More lights/brighter fixtures should be placed , for guests to have the option of a brighter room come night time

Loved this hotel very clean and the rooms are spacious . Hotel staff top service 👌 always very helpful and professional 👏. I love the gym and pool nice and kept well Right next to the BTS railway convenient to any mall like from MKB to Siam mall and also to Terminal 21 mall. Bigc convenient store is around the corner and 7/11 is close by also Macca's was a short walk away. Overall I would definitely rebook this hotel if I can next time we travel back to Bangkok

Everything was perfect since I have arrived till I left, the staff was amazing very kind hearted, helpful and supportive starting from the entrance of the hotel, front desk, lobby, restaurant, luggage team and house keeping. I would like to thank this team members- Patty-boy-fern-AD- pong- boonthong and more others that I have missed their names ( thank you all for making my stay so comfortable and welcoming ) and I will always recommend this hotel to all my friends. Great location in the main city centre there was a train station nearby 5 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful myself and my family wanted to arrange a car with a driver to take us to all the attractions and they arranged it all and we just had to be at the lobby at the time they said. Clean room and we were upgraded too definitely recommend this hotel if you want some thing close to the city and at a decent price.

Room could have been a little bigger as we were a family of four 2 adult and 2 children. They did are age a sofa bed for us though for my son and the bed was large enough to sleep 3 of us. The bathroom was clean and modern with all the amenities.

The rooms are spotless and spacious, and the layout is great. We were a family with kids (2+3), the hotel accommodated our requests, and the staff was very courteous. To our surprise mini breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening happy hour with a range of snacks were included in the package. The taste and selection were great. The location was right below BTS Skytrain station and it was very easy to go around including hiring a taxi. Very comfortable room and bed with proper sound insulation and we got really good sleep. Highly recommended.

Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly except for one lady at the reception whom didn't remember things. She asked me 3 times which day I am going to check out when I wanted to have a late check out on the last day. the gym was great and the location was superb. Near from Siam Paragon but without the crowd. The beer garden has good vibes as well.

You can hear beat from beer garden if you want to sleep early. Then again, you can't have the best of both worlds. Just get more drinks to knock you out if the beat is disturbing you.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to most places, it’s right next to the main road and BTS is practically right outside the hotel. Rooms are spacious enough for 3 adults. Shower water pressure is good. Toilet bowl has a door separation which is a plus. Gym is well equipped and clean. Even has a sauna. Staff were friendly and helpful.

You could tell the hotel is relatively mature, although pretty well maintained if you’re not fussy. The television in room is tiny, compared to the usual size these days. Extra bed is very old and mattress is very hard (although the king size is quite comfortable). The housekeepers do a good enough / decent job but are inconsistent. Additionally, as they tend to leave the room door wide open while cleaning the rooms, everyday there will be a new mosquito being let into my room to feed on my blood (because I would kill 1 each day and there’s always another the next day and these mosquitos I smacked, would smear blood all over my hands). I would wake up to multiple mosquito bites on my arm and face as they were not covered by the blanket.

Staff were lovely and meeted and greeted you throughout the hotel with a warm smile and an hello. Hotel room was big and the hotel is central to all attractions and different forms of public transportation. Room was cleaned on a daily basis with towels and tea/coffee/water refreshed.

Breakfast was nice and varied but my one complaint would be that the temperature of the food was on the colder side. If it was served warmer it would have been a lot tastier

not sure if the restaurant in front of the hotel is part of the hotel but the famous mango and sticky rice dessert was so sour and I couldn’t even eat more than one bite. the waiter told me that I still had to pay for it. it was pretty disappointing when there are thousands of sweet mangos available all over Bangkok to pay for something that can’t be eaten.
