My recent stay at this hotel in Bangkok was exceptional, largely due to the owner's outstanding hospitality. Their helpfulness and humility made a lasting impression, enhancing the overall experience. The hotel itself offered impeccable service, with clean, well-appointed rooms and delicious breakfast. It was conveniently located, providing a perfect balance of access to Bangkok's vibrancy and a peaceful retreat. This stay set a new standard in hospitality for me, combining great amenities with genuine warmth and care.

Clean room, good service and very close to Nana.

Staff were very friendly and always ready to answer any questions and very helpful. Room very clean, nice bed, good shower. Great location, easy to get to anywhere or grab any transportation you need.

My room was a little small, but that's what I booked, so no fault to the hotel, I might choose it again or pick deluxe room next time. Nice smart tv and cable, but hardly any channels for westerners without reading translations. It's a short tight dead end street, hard for taxi's to deal with, better to meet them on the corner, which wasn't a big deal.

Rooms without windows and very small. It could have been better if I upgraded.

You could stumble away from soi 4 and be at the hotel in minutes. Really can’t fault the location. If nightlife is your thing they don’t come much better places than this hotel. Close enough to be home in minutes but just far enough for it not to be noisy

Rooms are small, that’s the only real negative. I guess the price reflects what to expect. I was only here for 1 night so can’t even complain. Just more of an observation

Prime location, halal food ( which was very important for me ) very clean hotel, very good staff. I had a dinner a restaurant near by in sukhumvit Road and had food poisoning issues, and very early morning I asked for help to reception girl and immediately she bought medicine for me, which was great.

Nothing major to mention

Big room with a garden view, very friendly staff, swimming pool with a nice jacuzzi, breakfast in your room, free foot massage every evening, the only thing I can complain is the speed of internet but end of the day you get what you pay for

Very close to Nana in a quiet alley. Was able to conduct business on thier patio and everything we needed, besides cigarettes, was in the building or across the alley.

Feet were always wet from combo shower and toilet, but I get it and appreciate it. Extra foot towel was provided. Don't buy the herbs in the shop across the alley.

Felt welcome on arrival - staff was expecting me. Free upgrade on arrival. Room was bigger, cleaner , and more modern than expected. Was not bothered by "undesirable" elements around hotel, room was soundproof. Linen was clean and new. Room cleaned on request every day. Can recommend Nana Best Inn Hotel

Location was awesome, clean room and bathroom. Comfortable pillows, quilt, and mattress. Water pressure in the bathroom was good.

The room I stayed in didn’t have a locker which was not very peace of mind inclined and I had to worry about my stuff when I was out exploring the city. But the staff were super nice and friendly which gave me an assurance that things could be alright.
