We liked breakfast. It is not the big buffet of a larger hotel but it had all we wanted. We were looking for a room big enough to accommodate a couple and a teenager. And it was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable and the room was big enough for 3. And very clean. The BTS (Aerial Metro) is at walkable distance. It is very useful. The metro (subway) is a little farther away. Service all over Thailand is very good. And the hotel was no exception. Personnel was always kind and helpful. I would highly recommend. It is very good, and it is very difficult to find a hotel in Bangkok willing to accommodate older teenagers in the same room. At least not in this area. And they were a perfect fit for us. And they have a piano!

We liked very much our stay. No complaints. But, perhaps a real coffee machine for breakfast! That would be a nice add on.

The location of this hotel is so superb everything is nearby. breakfast is less but everything which they give you will enjoy. In big hotels they have 50 dishes out of which you cant eat even 3 which also with a compromise. Here the dishes are less but I bet you will enjoy all the dishes and the staff is so nice they make sure you feel like a king. This was my second time in very short time and I felt the same warmth and love from the hotel staff.

Not applicable here its hard to find anything which you dislike about the hotel.

I love this hotel. It is one of my favorite family hotels in Bangkok. Everything is nearby. The grand Deluxe room is so spacious with a big toilet. The staff are amazing always ready to help. Surrounded with many shops, pharmaceris, and restaurants. Taxis are avillable at the doorstep of the hotel and near to nana and phelon Chit BTS.

Need to give extra attention to cleaning

Very unique and very tastefully arranged . Never gets boring . The staff is very polite and always ready to give an helping hand. I really like this place. I am also a designer and the person who design this hotel deserves 5 stars for sure !

This time , the room was very nice as usual, but the window was view to a wall with 40 cm distance between the window and the wall of the adjacent building. So unfortunately very noisy… But if you are in a room on the other side , very quiet .

Everything was just perfect. From the lovely and coziness of the hotel be it the overall deco and the comfort of the room, with personalised service given by the staff, delicious and variety breakfast buffet spread, free tuk tuk shuttle to some of the major malls and location wise - near to BTS station with many small shops and restaurants nearby

Can be a bit noisy with the traffic outside especially with rooms that are facing the street.

Brilliant hotel with excellent facilities, in a great location and with excellent staff that smiled a lot. :) The breakfast was very nice, staff were on hand to cook eggs too. Also, the team allowed us to check out at 4pm too due to a later flight, thank you very much! We stayed only a couple of nights but can easily stay here for much longer.

Nothing that wasn't already mentioned by other reviewers. For example, the noise but that's Bangkok for you. :)

The ambiance, the decor, the furnishings, the appearance is wonderful. The staff is excellent. Pear is a delight to work with. She goes out of her way to make sure the customers have an enjoyable stay. The price was reasonable. The location was exactly what I need when I travel to Bangkok. The chef at breakfast was terrific. Three separate locations for shower, toilet, and sink is a great idea.

The breakfast buffet clearly aimed at Eastern and Middle Eastern travelers. Could use some improvement for Western travelers. The mattress was very hard,

It took me as a surprise with what pictures which were shown and what the hotel is. There lot more to capture in hotel every small thing was picture perfect. The staff was so good felt like home. Breakfast menu which you cannot miss, small but very flavor full, the location bang on main road near to every best possible destination.

The staff were very helpful. I came in on a very late flight, and they held my room as promised. The hotel is conveniently located and everything a tourist to Bangkok would want is either a short walk away or a quick walk to the BTS and from there, all over the city. The breakfast was tasty and offered a wide selection of breakfast and non breakfast foods. I highly recommend!

Location was good however it is a bit of a walk from the nearest BTS. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big as well however power points in the room were not conveniently located (not next to the bed).

The aesthetic/design of the hotel and rooms are dated. Unfortunately, there was a power outage in the building during my stay, however it was quickly rectified.
