We stayed for 7 nights at this hotel very comfortably and the hotel breakfast was yummy with variations. Arabic food was tasty and authentic Thai was good too. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient and most importantly no noise was there on the hotel road. Clam and peaceful stay. Taxi is available in front of the hotel and hotel staff are also helpful to get that.

Property was really close to Nana BTS & buses (like a 5-7mins walk). There’s a 7-11 diagonally across the hotel which make getting snacks & drinks really convenient. Got a triple room so there was 2 double bed which was really comfortable with daily housekeeping (as per picture provided) Was there during the earthquake & flying out the same night it happen causing gridlock traffic in BKK. But the staffs were really really helpful, trying to get us a taxi ensuring that we can catch our flight on time despite us giving up after an hour of trying. Thus, gotta say service is top notch & super huge thanks to the staffs.

The alley heading towards the hotel may be a little dodgy looking but is overall safe even at midnight during the 4nights there. However trying to drag a luggage from/ to the BTS may be challenging. Recommend to just get a taxi from the airport directly for convenience. Room/ bathroom may have some touch up maintenance spots but overall is clean & comfortable. There’s not much local food around for breakfast nearby except Ploenchit market which is about 15minutes walk.

A very comfortable and pleasant, quiet hotel with a good functioning and very helpful staff, nice pool and gym facilities. Breakfast buffet was ample, fresh and very good, with a very personal touch , the friendly and helpful staff personally serving coffee and tea. In the two times I stayed there, the staff really made every effort to accommodate every wish guests may have. The hotel definitely deserves its rating and more.

During the first stay the internet was a little erratic, which disappeared during the second stay. THe hotel whilst being at the quiet end of the street, is situated in a very busy area, which made road transport difficult, taxis taking very long to arrive and get to their destination. Noting that this is not the fault of the hotel, I reccommend using the metro/railway system, a station of which is within less than 10 minutes walking distance and will take one practically everywhere in Bangkok.

Personnel was the best, they were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is walking distance from Nana Skytrain station, from where you can easily reach everywhere in Bangkok. There is also a water transit close by, taking you to Pratunam. Many restaurants in the neighborhood, but the food in the hotel is also great, with vegan options available. There's a cheap laundry service in the street, plus 2 supermarkets, where you can get pretty much anything you need.

They didn't vacuum under the bed before a new guest comes in, that would have made it a bit better.

The location was ideal, situated in a vibrant neighborhood popular with Arabic-speaking countries. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby added to the convenience. The staff were supportive and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. When our room broke down on the first night, the hotel promptly provided another room and offered a free late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. Parking availability was a nice bonus.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement. The air conditioning was quite noisy. The gym equipment could be slightly upgraded for better functionality.

The location is very good- its near Nana BTS, close to 711, 24h supermarket and food places- all within walking distance. The room is superb- spacious, clean, beds are very comfortable. We booked a triple room. The hotel staff are very helpful and acknowledged every request and questions I have had. They also helped to setup a Birthday decoration for my mom. The rooms with two King beds are a very good option for parents traveling with young kids. The breakfast buffet was really good. You got a few choices for drinks and fruits. Some curry and a vegetarian options also included. The breakfast is good value for money. On our first day, we arrived early morning while the check-in was 2pm. We paid for that day's breakfast separately and it was totally worth it. If you hitting gym early in the morning, it may be closed. I started at 6:30am and had to ask reception to have it opened. I also wanted a late checkout at 4pm (instead of their regular 11am) and they told me that they will be able to accommodate us if available with a small charge. Luckily it did work. Very happy with the overall experience.

The street has an ominous slight smell of sewerage. The hotel building and the room is fine, just as soon as you step outside, you smell it. I don't know if it was something temporary.

I recently stayed at BelAire Bangkok Sukhumvit and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. Every area was spotless, which made my stay incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and dedication truly enhanced my stay, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. Massive smart tv , pretty good WiFi , gym & swimming pool.

Water heat & pressure was all over the place.

This hotel is in a great location to see Bangkok. The staff were friendly and helpful allowing us to check in early on arrival and check out late when departing at no extra cost. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of options. The pool area was great and my son enjoyed using the gym. One evening we ordered room service and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The reception staff were very helpful with recommendations for a beautiful roof top dinner and even made reservations at The Above Eleven Restaurant for our family. I would recommend using the Sky Line rather than using taxi’s as it’s faster and cheaper. I would recommend The MBK Shopping Mall for all shopping needs.

I treated myself to a Thai Massage and a facial at the hotel. I did not find the room setting the most relaxing. There were a few interruptions during my treatment which made it difficult to relax. I think you can get the treatment cheaper and better if you shopped around.
