I like it because it’s nearby Arab abroad shops restaurants mall also the hotel is very comfortable. Clean stuff. Very nice stuff breakfast very good. I stayed in this hotel around nine times maybe more

Sometimes reception stuff are not Collaborators with people who always stayed in the same hotel. They don’t make any upgrade for me. Usually, I took two rooms for me and my families staff should be Collaborators with whom always customer even that I will come back Inshallah.

The location is great. Not too far from malls and restaurants. Right off Sukhumvit road and across the road to soi 4 and 4 minute walk to Bumrungrad Hospital. The staff are amazing all around, rooms are cleaned every day. The lobby is spacious as are the hallways to your room. Beautiful expensive carpet throughout and is always super clean. The rooms are good size and are immaculately clean. I thought the bed wasn’t as soft as I’m used too but I got used to it on the second day so much so that I extended my stay twice. I thought the breakfast was great, eggs to order toast coffee fruits is all I need but there is much more salad pancakes waffles Middle Eastern foods Pasta ect. A solid 4-41/2 star Hotel.

The pool is closed. I think for renovations even though I don’t use it much would like to once in a while.

Totally OUTSTANDING!!! I travel a lot and visit a lot of hotels but Zenith exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The room is spacious and very clean, there is a microwave inside. Staff is absolutely amazing, the most polite people I've ever met. Breakfast looks more like a party night - apart from usual foods, they also serve warm food and is really delicious and would suit each one taste.

The hotel itself in all aspects👌👌👌...the staff at every section/department...the hospitality and welcoming provided by every member of the hotel👌👌...the most of all is the location👌👌 The staff at the reception are very smily and cooperative to the extreme. Not to mention; there is one lady unfortunately could remember her name who was found to be very exeptional, very professional in handling and dealing with guest, any guest or/and nationality!! She was found to be well spoken and her english communication was excellent. I think she desrves a higher post if an opportunity arrises!! The entire atmosphere is excellent. What had surprised me was that I did not come accross a sadness faces, it is either they are very happy about there jobs or they are well trained and/or paid!! Such people need to be looked after and well appreciated by any mean, this type of people have the quality and characteristic of the olden Thai people and the golden days of Thailand!!

Location was good. Around touristy neighborhood and hospital. Easy commute to city. Plenty of shops and restaurants around Breakfast was acceptable Staff were very pleasant and attentive

Hotel interior does seem dated and need some refurbishing. Need more variety in breakfast choices

Taking into account the cleanliness, the staff's friendliness, the affordability, and the breakfast, I have no complaints whatsoever.

Bed was comfortable and well made, well thought out room. The pool was quite nice too.

Shower head leaked, was discoloured - along side the shower curtain. The “hot tub” was not hot, the walk up to the pool is not very pretty.

The Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in a breeze. Housekeeping always does a great job,the whole Hotel is spotless. Great fitness center and spa. Excellent pool. Must mention the Chefs for excellent tasty breakfast and setup.

The bed was a little too firm for me for someone who likes to sleep on their side.
