very clean hotel with spacious rooms and good service. location is amazing next to a lot of halal restaurants and shops and supermarkets.

no breakfast included however there are many restaurants and cafes close by. they only give 1 key per room and you need the key to access the elevator too but they are always cooperative to open the elevator or room when you don’t have the key

Cleanliness, ease of check in/out

Electronic key card to rooms and lifts failed to work multiple times, some of the plug sockets in the room didn’t work, many of the reception staff didn’t communicate very well.

I lost my wallet and the staff helped me a lot with this. The hotel was clean and serious. I think there are very few places more suitable especially for families. I would also like to thank the staff for their helpfulness.

Luxurious interior design with a huge bath, slippers and bath robes. Lovely roof top pool and really friendly, helpful staff.

Everything has been great since starting my stay. The room is awesome, and all the staff are friendly, helpful, and respectful. Definitely will be my spot whenever I visit Bangkok again.
