Clean and nice room with modern bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Situated in a side street so very quiet at night. Super quiet air con and fridge (first time in our travels we didn’t have to unplug it at night). Very friendly staff. On the day of departure our flight was in the evening and the owner/manager kept our bags and allowed us to use the pool on the top floor until we had to leave late afternoon. Eggs for breakfast were delicious but breakfast was super expensive (300 TBH). For the price a pastry and some fresh fruits would have been a nice addition.

New and very clean hotel. Night silence code is very good so can sleep comfortable. Beds and cushions are good. Breakfast option also fair enough. Careful and helpful management and front office. 7 minutes walk to Nana BTS station.

Location is quiet annoying if you not interest in night issues and many scam possiblities around, so need to be careful. But in hotel you feel absolutely safe. About hotel facilities almost everything perfect. Very good option for this neigborhood.

The hotel is new so everything is clean

I was so impressed with this hotel. The whole building was immaculate and our room was so big, luxurious and comfortable. Any time we dealt with the staff, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a quiet haven but still a great base to explore Bangkok’s sights and get some rest at night without noise, which is so important to me in a hotel. I liked how close it was to the over ground. Highly recommend!

Not much, a water cooler in the lobby would be great to save all the plastic bottles!

Everything, the restaurant, great Italian food, rooftop swimming pool and relax area, the gym, but most of all, the friendliness and professionalism of all staff members, including senior managers. The best sleep I had during my 6 weeks Laos/Thailand tour. Quiet street, just off the beautiful hectic atmosphere from Bangkok

No complains whatsoever !

For the price maybe the best hotel I stayed at in Bangkok. The thing that really did it for me was it was quite at night. Other hotels have been very loud at night and I was often woken up. The staff was polite and the western breakfast was robust and great way to start the day.

You do have to walk a bit to get to stores or restaurants but its a short walk. Im surprised people would complain about such a short walk. The only thing I can really think of is later in evenings sometime there are groups of large and loud males clogging the sidewalks that can be a bit intimidating, especially for women.

Checked in here after a hospital admission with an elbow injury. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Room was big and comfortable. Netflix and Prime on TV.

Breakfast could be better

This hotel is just perfect if you want to stay in downtown Bangkok. Is close ro enough to the BTS station and to a lot of bars and clubs, while remaining quiet. I arrived one day after the earthquake and I can say the hotel is in PERFECT condition. There is a small pool on the roof where you can start the day. The personal is very welcoming, attentive and always ready to help! The room was very clean with enough room. The same for the bathroom. The AC is one of the quietest I have ever had in a room. There is a safe, a small fridge, a pot for coffee and free water, tea, and coffee. When I come back to Bangkok I would definitely try to stay here again!

Walk is quiet dark and lonely

Nicely appointed room with a balcony, functional kitchen area, inroom laundry facilities were a great addition and staff were fantastic, helpful and pleasant. The room we had was more akin to a serviced apartment than a hotel room. Would definitely stay again.

Only minor - it's little bit of a walk to the main road, particularly if raining. Although there were taxi's usually in front of the hotel, being at the end of no thru road between Soi 5 and Soi 7 it made taxi trips a little hit and miss depending on where you were wanting to go due to the one way streets.
