1- It may be not important for many, but the staff were extremely friendly and cooperative, they reach the room in literally seconds when you call them. 2- We required an early morning check-in, which was done without any extra fees 3- We extended our check-out time without any extra fees 4- Its location is not really far from Bumrungrad hospital (It is around 5-10 minutes by walking, but there is a disadvantage that I’ll mention in the disadvantages section) 5- Nice for families (we were 6 members), we booked a 3-bedroom-apartment and the space of the living room was really amazing and room facilities were convenient. 6- The apartment was clean and was nicely cleaned each day by the staff. 7- No noises from traffic or other apartments. 8- Whenever anything was broken, the staff immediately fix it (there was no electricity in the kitchen and the hand holder sprayer in one of the bathroom was broken. And they were fixed as soon as we called them)

1- The walking area in the street that connect Bumrungrad hospital to Chaidee Mansion hotel is extremely small (I mean the space between your leg and cars on the street could be less than 20 cms ) so you can walk there if you were healthy but my grandmother is on wheelchair, so we had to book a taxi whenever we want to get back from the hospital (because the hotel provides a free Tuk-Tuk ride from the hotel to any near place) 2- I won’t say that the internet was extremely bad, but it wasn’t that good. It was good in the living room but in our bedrooms, there was literally no Wi-Fi connection. 3- The furniture is quite old (not in a dirty or unhygienic way, but just simply old ) and considering renewing it would be amazing

We had a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment size is perfect for a large family. We were a group of 7 so plenty of space for the 3 kids to spread out. Swimming pool and playground area also are great for the kids during times when you feel like relaxing. The front desk and staff were all very attentive.

Whilst the apartment is large, clean and comfortable the decor is a little dated. However the full kitchen is modern and airy. Not much to dislike at all.

The location is closer to everything, the cleanliness and friendly staff whose always willing to help. They got a shuttle to take you to BTS for free. I highly recommend this property. We had a ton of blast.
