We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – close to major attractions, restaurants, malls, and public transport, making it very convenient to explore the city. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! There was a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and it was the perfect way to start our day. We especially appreciated the selection of local flavors. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! 💯✨

No airport pick up n drop

Location - Close to Nana BTS with complimentary shuttle service. In the thick of Sukhumvit’s touristy attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet lane (Soi 13). There’s a back alley to the always- buzzing Soi 11 a few meters away from the gate of the property. The Beyond Bread Cafe right opposite the gate was very convenient for my morning coffee run. Service - Very friendly and service-oriented staff. Nick at the front desk was very helpful all throughout and ensured a smooth check in. Room service was also efficient and decent in terms of quality.

Room facilities and Maintenance - During the first 2 days of my almost 10-day stay, I had to call the front desk and point out multiple issues that needed urgent attention. Although they were fixed promptly, some of the issues (flush not working, TV not working, Work desk phone left disconnected, light switches connected wrongly etc.) made me feel as if I was given a room that wasn’t ready for a guest. On the whole, the furniture in the room was a bit worn and dated, but nothing that would be a dealbreaker.

The deluxe room with city view was spacious and well fitted. The breakfast was exceptional with many vegetarian options and the staff was very helpful. There is a free tuk tuk shuttle for nearby areas. The hotel location is excellent...quiet surroundings but with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Bolt and Grab both work well and most of the time it was easy to find a taxi

Well, the coffee tea machine at the conference venue was set to luke warm and I like it to be nice and hot. The staff helped me get a hot cup from the machine in the restaurant. This should ideally be fixed. Overall nothing much to dislike!

While my stay was generally pleasant, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, the breakfast had limited vegetarian options, which made it challenging to find suitable choices. Secondly, a bit more attention to cleanliness would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. A few improvements here would make the stay even better.

Big, clean, comfy, and quiet room with all the amenities, great bed/mattress, spacious bathroom - and nice styling. Located a block and a half off the main drag, so no street noise or excessive car/foot traffic about. Quiet and peaceful front grounds. Front desk staff was super friendly and efficient. They got me a taxi to the airport in minutes, at a very fair, set price. I believe they also let me check in early. (If memory serves). I only stayed one night there, do to travel needs, but I wish it had been 5 or 6. I never checked out the facilities (dining, pool, gym), so nothing to report there.

I had a terrible experience with room service. I tried to order food to my room the first day and they told me to scan a qr code in my room which took me to a site, which was not responding when I clicked on things. I then called reception and they sent a very rude woman (I think she was a maid, or worked in the kitchen) she spoke very abruptly, stormed in and duly showed me the qr code in a very rude way. She was missing the point, the thing was not working. I proceeded to call reception, but they still did nothing. You would think that they would try to please the guest by sorting out the problem, but they did not seem to care. The end result was I did not get any room service. I would have given 9 or 10 if it was not for the terrible customer service from the staff!

The location was prime, a very nearby 7/11, excellent facilities, spacious room, loved the shuttle service very convenient to reach out to the nearest terminal 21 mall or to the nana station. Superb staff and amenities. Very clean property. The spa was open till late which was a plus after coming back to the hotel one could relax with an excellent massage with a great price. The breakfast variety was exceptional and the menu changed everyday. The restaurant has Michelin stars and truly deserves it. Wish could stay longer. Will definitely come here again

The hotel room was clean with good water pressure in the bath. The best thing to like is the location. 7-11 type shop and bakery just outside the hotel. 1 km walk to downtown nana plaza ( bts train) and 2km walk to soi cowboy for party dudes. Moreover if your looking for arabian restaurants and hookahs than this is the location.

Two things i didnt like. 1. The hotel refused early check in. I was there at the lobby at 9:00 am. Instead of accommodating me at 12:00 pm -1:00 pm which is expected i got check in at 2:30 pm which turned out to be frustrating for me as an international traveller with family. 2. The travel desk. The driver they call especially Ms Chotika misbehaved with me. Not a tourist friendly at all. Such drivers must be reported to tourist police.
