One of best designed hotel rooms that I’ve stayed in. Very comfortable and practical. Bathroom quite small but has everything you need, including excellent shower water pressure. Bed is great. Lighting is good but mirror above bathroom sink is not lit well. Fine for guys but challenging for women to apply makeup etc. Music from neighbouring venues can be heard quite loudly inside the room from about 10pm onwards. Guests are mostly Indian or Middle Eastern. Staff are efficient and friendly. Room cleaning was first class. Fast lifts. Will stay again and make this my base on regular trips to Thailand.

There are insects like cockroaches in the rooms.. Owner needs to spend money in plague management. The breakfast and the 24h Indian Reataurant are of very inferior quality.

tuktuk free service was good to go towards NANA BTS station and back to hotel. Hotel's location is very close to PIZZA shop and other variety of restaurants. Nice lively place to find lot of street vendors selling variety of food including coconut water and various fruits. Paid Laundry service and free Gym was useful for morning exercise.

room some insects were biting like mosquitos, but i could not see them. i never experienced in my previous stay like this. my room is towards night clubs' lot of disturbance till 3 am. Tuktuk free service was good but not available throughout the day and night. Though i got early check in but have to wait till 11 am when i reached hotel at 9 am. Late check out was given till 6 pm but with a price (free complimentary would have been much better)

The room (executive studio) was spacious and had a kitchenette. The hotel is very close to Bumrungrad hospital that was important to me at the time, but the area around it is very lively and full of good restaurants., as well as close to public transportation (skytrain). There is a free tuktuk shuttle to Nana station which also takes patients to the vicinity of Bumrungrad hospital. The staff is very polite and attentive.

Because the area is lively, I felt that my room ( on the 7th floor facing the main street) was not completely impervious to street noises.

The rooms were spacious, have included necessities, and were clean/comfortable. The staff were all accommodating and helpful. There was even free shuttle available on demand, no need to book in advance.

The property is surrounded by night clubs and bars, and you could hear loud music until early hours of the morning. If you’re a light sleeper or easily bothered by noise, this might be a problem. Otherwise, our stay has been pleasant.

My stay at Citadines Sukhumvit 11 Bangkok was a great experience overall. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Sukhumvit, with easy access to countless restaurants, bars, and shops. There are also three 7-Eleven stores within walking distance on the same street, making it super convenient for grabbing essentials. Despite being in a lively area, my room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for restful nights. The room itself was modern, clean, and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen that was perfect for preparing quick meals. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable throughout my stay. So far, this is my favorite place to stay in Bangkok. It offers modern, clean rooms and unbeatable convenience with everything within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again!

Spacious clean room, helpful staff, nice pool. They had a water station on the rooftop if you needed an extra refill of drinking water. Close to 7/11 and many restaurants and massage places. Since it's central things are almost always open and there is always something going on

The location is a hit or miss for some people (we didn't really do our research prior to booking). I guess it would be considered "red light district" from the things that we saw and some guests in the hotel. It's still super central and easy to move around but just be aware in case you want to come with your family.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located. There are many cafes, restaurants and markets around. One of the rooms we stayed in did not hear any outside noise. The other room was a little noisy due to the open-air pub next door, but it did not bother us because their live music was very nice. The pool on the roof was large enough, quiet and beautiful. There was no noise from the other rooms either. There is a free shuttle to the BTS metro, but we usually walked because the road was nice. 10 minutes away. Having a kitchen was a great advantage. The size of our room was good.

love the layout and design of the rooms with their very practical work area. The daily make-up of the rooms is very flexable and if one wants to lie in and would like the room cleaned at SAY 1pm they are aways happy to oblige. Wonderful front-desk servive.

Tuk tuk to Nana not available on this visit. We have become used to this on our many past stays and found it very useful. The curry restaurant attached to the hotel is a waste of time. During a 7-day stay we noted that we had not seen a single patron at the resturant. Making it a 24/7 feature will eventually cheapen the profile of The Citadines by encouraging the wrong clientile.

I booked a Studio Executive room and I like the spacious room… there is ample space for my luggage and other stuff. Location is good specially for those who love to eat out and party during weekends. As Sukhumvit Soi 11 is one of Bangkok’s nightlife destinations, the street is full of restaurants and bars that are open until early morning on weekends. I stayed over the weekend and on Friday night it was loud and crowded with party going foreigners. If you are a light sleeper, you better stay in a different street as the noise can be heard inside your room. I also like that they offer complimentary tuktuk shuttle from hotel to Nana BTS station from 7 am to 9 pm. Just contact the Front Desk. For shuttle service from Nana station to the hotel, you need to call the hotel for pick up.

The cleanliness can be improved. I saw molds in the bathroom.
