Bad girls around the hotel at night , not suitable for children at night. Breakfast is very very poor No cheese no peanut butter no pancakes no waffles no biscuits no muffins two fruits only,yogurt in big bowls Jam &honey in big bowls.we speak with the manager to change&add any thing so he provides cheese 😢and change the fruits .nothing else. Sadia was very rude when asked to bring fork she said it is at the buffet git it your self 🫨

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Sukhumvit Soi 11. The rooms were spotlessly clean with modern decor, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a day in the city. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Bangkok’s vibrant nightlife. The moment you step out of the hotel, you’re surrounded by lively bars, restaurants, and entertainment options. It’s the perfect base for anyone looking to explore the best of what Sukhumvit has to offer. Highly recommended for travelers who want convenience, comfort, and a taste of Bangkok’s nightlife right at their doorstep!

This hotel is located in a very strategic location (10-15min walk from the nearest station Nana) and the street along it is super packed with restaurants and bars which made the nightlife pretty hip. There’s one more interchange terminal, located at a mall Termjnal 21 and the hotel provides a free buggy ride to it (10am to 5pm if I rmb correctly) with the most friendly driver. It might be a little bit noisy with the bars around it but I had to say I slept soundly like a log throughout the night. They do provide complimentary breakfast which I had to say is basic but meeting a simple breakfast choices and requirement. They have a nice in house cafe if you rather spend eating something different or just to relax. I enjoyed my stay immensely with the cleanliness and great hospitality from the staffs especially with the price, it is definitely bang for bucks.

Room 606. Stayed there 8 years ago and now it's a little more up market. Breakfast buffet was good with a reasonable selection (mostly western) and away from the rest hotel patrons. Room cleaned / made up every day with water provided. Bed comfortable, shower pressure good, bathroom very clean. Never bothered with the TV, see that at home. Noise from surrounding entrainment area was very minimal. Staff personnel at the reception were very good. Did have tea in the eatery next to the reception and was excellent.

The breakfast buffet was fine. Lots of options and good coffee. Pink the receptionist was incredibly helpful and is going out of her way to make sure that I receive a package that arrives after we left today. She is determined to get it to us in Vientiane and we are so grateful to her and all of the excellent staff! Thanks to all of you for your help and kindness. Great location for appointments st Bumrungrad. Tons of restaurants in the area too.

The staff were amazing. breakfast was the best of other Holiday Inn Express’ I have stayed in in the U.S or London!

I had a corner room where I had to navigate into the bathroom as I opened the door to the room to leave-enter. With a suite case, it made it very interesting. opening and laying out the suite case had to be done on the bed as floor space was minimal.

The location was excellent and it leads to many entertainment areas and main roads where you can easily walk to various shops and fast food restaurants, not to mention the bars, pubs and different restaurants arround and close by. Easily can get taxis, there are many of them arround this area. All staff starts from receptionist to the room cleaners were found polite, cooperative and helpfull. Many fruit and local food sellers with small food trucks arround the street. In general the whole area(s) are so busy and full of entertainment. Many massage shops arround the area too.

As to the hotel itself, nothing to mention. One small issue that the hotel's toilets were used by the residents and the outsiders which we I have not seen, neither experienced such in Thailand in the past!!? One more thing which was never the case in any hotel in Thailand in the past; that the resident carry his own bags to his/her room irrespective the number of bags. No doubt they had arranged trollys, but it was strange and awkward!!

The breakfast was okay. Though they did not cater to a muslim diet.

I didn't like the location. It was too noisy next to a karaoke bar. My room was facing the bar. Had 3 miserable nights. I would not recommend the nani view if you are looking for peace and quiet especially at night.

cleanness, Food.

14th Oct night was terrible and disturbing, I could not sleep due to massive sound from road side at 3rd Floor. during check in I was told at front desk to give me silent room but it was not given on 14th Oct. Finally on 15th Oct I requested front desk to change my room some where no sound from out side. 15th & 16th Oct was good to stay.

I regret buying this room from Booking.com as they booked it on higher rate vs. IHB site and also I loose the IHB reward points for stay. Further, the repeated follow-up with Booking.com for 'MATCH ME PRICE' request is disappointing. Another, issue was the adjoining room guest (from INDIA) played TV loudly at 2.00 am midnight was disturbing which was immediately stopped with your help. Thank you & best wishes....
