Good location, in general nice staff, the pool and the Rooftop bar is good

One of the staff wasn't really helpful, I forgot my key in the room and at 4 am he keep arguing with me for a stupid reason

This is our hotel every time we come back to Bangkok, never disappoints! Super clean, very comfortable, really recommended. Great location close to boat, skyt rain and metro, really well communicated to the airport too. Staff is always amazing, thanks for making our stay so special!

They have a tuk-tuk to drop off at Terminal 21 Evey hour on the hour, they don't collect you from there, so just a note so you count on it when you arrive in Bangkok. It's just 15 minutes walk from Aok's station anyway, but so you know.

The staff were very helpful and our room was ready for the earlier time I had requested (10am) which we really appreciated. Our room was also upgraded as we were celebrating our engagement. We included breakfast with our booking and there was a good selection and always room for us to sit. The pool at the hotel is small but pleasant, and the staff at the bar were very friendly. The location of the hotel is okay; about a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station and there are cafe's and a 7-11 nearby. We found the hotel to be clean and quiet and good value for money.

One day we asked for our room to be cleaned in the morning but by late afternoon it hadn't been done. It wasn't really a problem, and when we called reception the housekeeping staff arrived promptly and did a great job. The hotel location isn't the most straightforward to get to from the airport and the walk there with suitcases was unpleasant at best - I'd recommend a taxi (which we did on the way back arranged by the hotel).

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed and in and i’ve stayed in a lot of places. Very clean and well presented. What makes this hotel are the amazing staff! They’re very polite and respectful and will alway ask if I needed anything. It’s quite far from the main road but there is a free tuktuk service to go to the metro, bts or terminal 21. If you’re going further you can use grab which is very affordable. On my last day I asked for a late check out as my flight is in the evening. They allowed me and even offered if I need any more water or toiletries.

The room was wonderful, nice clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, even the tv had something I could watch. The bathroom was great and the shower most refreshing and invigorating with great water pressure and hot too. I was able to charge my phone relatively quickly as nothing was sapping the current from the supply, the air con settings were adaptable which certainly helped with the comfort. As for the hotel itself, I had stayed here before however I had not experienced the roof top bar on my previous visit. This time I did explore and I must say what a terrific place to sit, enjoy some food and a cocktail or a beer. The food was great, satisfying and a good size portion. The staff were excellent and so very helpful with my request for the meal. They were helpful in allowing me to set up a tab for drinks while I chilled out for a few hr before settling up before bed. The icing on the cake was the fact they had some live music in the bar area with a trio of musicians, one playing the guitar and piano, another on vocals and a lovely chap on the violin. He was excellent, and even came and played at my table, and other guest tables too. I express great gratitude for this as it really made the evening special. The breakfast in the restaurant was nice as was the restaurant itself. The overall service from the Maitria Mode hotel is impeccable. From initial contact here on booking.com, to the communication regarding my arrival, and even the simplicity of organising an airport transfer which for a chauffeured drive for £1300baht, this exceeded my expectations. Ok yes a taxi is less, but for the equivalent of £32 GBP for a collection at Don Mueang with a dedicated driver and organiser at the airport, this for me is priceless. I really cannot wait to stay here again, incredible. Thankyou Maitria Mode once again

Value for money, clean and the staff of the Hotel Restaurant is very good entertainment.

The car limousin who drop us to airport is not good and not clean compare to the limousin who fetch us from the airport and its costly. I better hire taxi nx time.much cheaper

When we first arrived in the wee hours of the morning (past 1:30am), the lobby looked suspicious. It was small, dark. It didn’t seem to match the pics. I had to ask the front desk if this was already the lobby or were we suppose to go up to another floor. Walking along the corridor to our room, it seemed shady. I was afraid I booked a hotel that’s not suitable for kids. But when morning came, and I got to see the facilities and the design better, plus the other guests (which were mostly European), I realized it was just really designed industrial style. But it wasn’t bad at all. They upgraded us to a corner room. Plus, since we checked in past 1:30am then allowed us to check out 9pm on our last day. That was very thoughtful of them. The location is about 850m from the main street/BTS station and terminal 21 mall. They have a tuktuk to bring u there. But going back, the schedule is unpredictable. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The overall experience was very good.

Honestly, everything was great! I usually don't leave reviews but this one deserve to be known. All the staff were great, from the front desk to maids and the security, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The room's layout is great (finally a room without having the air con directed on the bed), so as the bathroom's. Decent space and good quality material, along with logic layout. The amenities are good, a large pool with a view and a decent gym with what's needed to work out. The location is great, in a quiet Alley but walking distance from the busy Soi 11. Highly recommend it !

The property is very clean and well maintained. Amenities are great and special request was fulfilled. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel as a complimentary Tuktuk service which is a great advantage that nullifies the hotel being away from the Main Street/BTS. The area are quiet and safe, expect a very good night’s sleep. Staff are courteous. Rooms are exactly as shown in photos.

Bathroom maintenance could be better. Clean toilets but faucets & shower was loose & leaky respectively, although shower leak was fixed promptly upon notification.

This stay really exceeded our expectations. The staff were super helpful. They gave us an early check-in, late check out, booked a long distance cab for us to Chonburi on an hour's notice. They had a free tuk tuk shuttle service to the nearest subway station. They also help with information for new travellers. They have limited but delicious room service menu. The breakfast had a lot of options. The bathroom was spacious, and the room and bed was comfortable. It had everything from robes, bathroom slippers, closet space, locker, good quality toiletries and the most comfortable bed. I would stay here again if I visit Bangkok again.
