Hotel bed mattress are old not comfortable to sleep. Hotel has to buy new mattress.

We recently stayed at Fraser Suites Sukhumvit and had a very good experience overall. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and quiet at night, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony perfect for enjoying tea in the morning. The location is excellent, close to Nana with many shops and supermarkets nearby, and the wide pick-up zone in front made getting rides easy. The facilities were another highlight. The pool was clean and relaxing, the gym was well equipped, the rooftop bar offered beautiful views, and breakfast had a wide variety of fresh international and local options. The Indian restaurant on-site was also delicious and definitely worth trying. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay, and security around the property made us feel safe at all times. The staff truly made our stay memorable, especially Jay (Front Desk Manager). She was attentive, professional, and solved a problem I had very quickly and respectfully, showing real care for my family’s comfort. Kam (Duty Manager) also stood out with her warm and funny personality, which made us feel welcome and at ease. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, with excellent facilities and outstanding staff. Thanks especially to Jay and Kam, we would happily return.

The only downside was the elevator situation. With only 3–4 lifts shared between staff and guests, they often became crowded and the wait could be long at busy times. This is the main area where improvement would be helpful.

The restaurant 1. Very disappointing experience. 2. The food was low quality and not fresh. 3. Cleanliness is clearly lacking. 4. Most dishes tasted old and poorly prepared. 5. The bread was stale and extremely overpriced. 6. Nothing felt fresh or hygienic. 7. Poor value for money. 8. Would not recommend at all.

The staff at Fraser Suites Bangkok is genuinely one of the best I’ve encountered. Every team member, from reception to housekeeping, went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made a world of difference. I was always greeted with a smile, and no request was too big or small. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local spots, or providing information about the city, the staff was incredibly helpful. I want to congratulate the manager for his team The suites at Fraser Suites are a true haven of comfort. Spacious, elegant, and perfectly appointed, they offer a sense of home away from home. I stayed in a fully equipped one-bedroom suite, which featured modern furnishings, a fully functional kitchen, washing machine and all amenities.

A perfect location on Soi 11. The hotel is in the quiet part of Soi 11 but you only have to walk 250m up the road and around the corner and you're right in the middle of the Soi 11 action with various restaurants, pubs and clubs at your fingertips. Good gym and pool. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There is starting to get some wear and tear evident in the rooms but The Fraser Suites is still certainly a 5 star hotel for now and the cleaning staff really take their time and do a great job cleaning the rooms.

There were consistent problems with the lifts. Having to walk down 20 sets of stairs with luggage early in the morning is never a pleasant experience but this was the only negative of my stay.

I liked the friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. The location was ideal for our purpose of the trip to Bangkok.

Our apartment was a penthouse and despite the tempting name and location, but we suffered from the noise coming from the roof top bar. Beside , as a family we could not have a privacy to enjoy sitting in the beautiful balcony. I did not like not having a spa facility.

All staff were friendly, from doorman, concierge, front desk, housekeeping, even the driver for the shuttle tuktuk. They all made our stay so much more enjoyable and comfortable with their friendly smiles and greetings every morning. Location was great there's a 7 eleven and hospital nearby which unfortunately on the last day we had to visit due to a minor accident. But the hotel staff immediately jumped into action sending us to the hosp after disinfecting the wound. Gym facilities was one the best I've seen - fully equipped and clean. I will definitely come back to Frasers they really live up to our expectations. Thank you!

Nothing...but if i were to be really fussy perhaps the vanity sink in the bathroom has some stains and tap abit faulty.

Location, cleanliness, balcony with views, staff

Went for a quick trip with Family. We took one bedroom suite. It was spotless clean. We loved the small kitchen, microwave oven and specially the washing machine. The living space was big enough that my child could walk around inside the room. Room size is bigger than any regular hotel room. Bed was comfy. They have free shuttle tuktuk to drop you at Bumrungrad hospital, Nana BTS station, Robinson supershop and Terminal 21 mall. 7/11 is located just opposite to the hotel and also it is a quick walk to soi 11 where restaurants, bars, small shops, money exchanges are located.

Room needs little repair on some places of wooden floor. Toilet door and shower door need quick fix.
