Nice staff, comfy room, roof top pool.

Undergoing renovation which I did not see any warning of until arriving at the hotel to a sign on reception saying building noise will be everyday from 10am. So for us there for nightlife we were woken by drills and building noise daily as half the hotel is a construction site. Would not have booked had we known. Toilet and shower cubicles are tiny with an awkward glass sliding door. Shower water stays warm for only 2 minutes then goes cold. Sink water gets so hot it burnt my hand. Glass wall from bedroom means anyone in room can slide the screen to see anything you are doing in the bathroom.

Staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. My room was excellent - comfortable, clean, well-maintained & modern with nice furniture and decor. Good location, Soi 11 (a 5 minute walk) was full of interesting places to eat and there was a place nearby where I was able to get laundry done (hotel description says they do laundry but this wasn't so, at least not while I was there). In the branch of Soi 11 near the main road I even found a "genuine" massage place, certified by the famous Wat Po Massage School. And another couple of minutes beyond Soi 11 there's a decent supermarket with a much wider range of food, snacks, beverages and so on than the various convenience stores closer to the hotel. For those interested in night clubs, there were plenty of them too but not my thing. The hotel was far enough away, in the next soi, to avoid the noise. I checked out the rooftop pool thinking I might sunbathe or take a quick dip to cool off some time (in the end I didn't, there was too much else to do). Looked good. But be aware that the lift/elevator only goes up to the 5th floor. To reach the pool there's one flight of stairs. Apart from some construction noise during the day it was very quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to relax.

The place is great but there were some small negatives which I'm mentioning as they might be more of a problem for some travellers. It's about 1km to the BTS station (Nana is a bit closer than Asok). In the heat that felt like a long walk although it looked ok on the map. There was some construction noise during the day. It wasn't too bad - when I turned on the TV I didn't notice it any more. I think they're doing some renovations (June 2024) and they apologised for it as I was leaving. I would have liked more light over the bathroom mirror. There was a small fridge in the room but no microwave. Had to go out for every meal including breakfast even on days when I felt like a slow start. I brought back leftovers once or twice but wound up eating them cold.

Stayed here before.although its a little tired and needs updating,the rooms are spacious and offer great value for money.also as its not the biggest hotel ,theres no waiting for lifts like bigger hotels. Location wise its on the corner of 13 and where soi 11 meet, so bars,nightclubs and restaurants are in abundance and just a minutes walk, but not to noisy om a night time. Also its only a 10 minute walk to terminal 21 mall. Or 6 minute walk to BTS nana.

If i had to be picky i would say No gym or pool, but very minor thing.

Great location - not far from bts station Nana and Asok, a lot of shops around the hotel. The pool on the roof is not that big but still pretty good for a casual swim in the morning. The room is pretty big with all the amentities. Despite being right next to the street, I could sleep comfortably.

Hotel is doing renovations so there was dust and noise on some floors and at the entry. Would be a nice hotel when they finish

I have stayed at this hotel at 7 times over the past 5 years. The location is superb and it is currently under much needed renovations. It's away from the throngs of traffic and people on Sukhumvit. The bathrooms have been redesigned with an open plan spacious feel and the decor is a much brighter with open wardrobe

The renovations are there as a means to an end - you know the hotel will look great and will be shiny and new once they're done.

The room was really nice and looked the same as the photos. There were renovations when we arrived which we wished we were notified when we we booked. However, the hotel kept the reno only from 9am-5pm so we weren't disturbed by the noise. The location of the hotel is really good as It's only 10-15 mins walk to different train stations, and food are everywhere.

The swimming pool on the rooftop is definitely worth it - small but super nice and with an open view. My room was quite comfy, large bed, bath tub and shower, with a big window that stares at the street (so not much privacy but lots of light). The location is amazing, close to soi 11, Nana BTS, but without the noise of the main streets. Was definitively pleasantly surprised ! The staff was very nice which is a plus, and the wifi worked pretty well overall.

Overall the room ids a bit old but I hear the hotel is to be refurbished soon.

Brilliant location, close to all that Soi 3 has to offer yet there is no outside noise heard from the hotel! Decent pool, modern & stylish hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel was going through construction when we arrived between the hours of 10 - 6 so not able to comment on much else, I would imagine the hotel will be very modern & sleek throughout once renovations are completed.

Like: location. Dang massage at end of street was excellent, also Punjab grill for a fancy dinner. Room has fridge and kettle. nice staff and honest place. Convenience store in front. Can walk from makkasan metro airport Line (20 mins), ferry and Nana station close. Vegan restaurant nearby on soi 13. Rooftop pool area is quite nice but had no shade .Your own router so safer wifi. Didn't like: it's more shabby chic... shower water ran into floor in toilet, everything a bit tired, no city views in terrace rooms as suggested in listing, terrace rooms 103 and 104 have all the guests walking past them,(101 and 102 are more private) terrace not that appealing and no mossie screens so when you open the door they fly in. The fitness centre is empty and locked. No USB port in tv and just basic channels. Pillows were lumpy and high. Just letting you know this... On the whole we were happy there🌞

really spacious room and bathroom. very clean and comfortable. fridge and kettle in the room with tea and coffee was great. large window for lots of natural light. really close to soi 11 and other things but still really quiet. family mart downstairs was super handy. staff are really lovely and let us leave our luggage before check in and once we’d checked out. the bed was comfortable and the aircon and Wi-Fi worked well. there’s a rooftop pool which looked very clean we just didn’t get chance to use it. really enjoyed our stay:)
