The hotel looks small from the front but it extends a fair bit inwards. The rooms are massive and extremely clean. Facilities are limited to the pool but there is so much to see and do around the hotel that you would barely stay in the room anyway. Super convenient to walk to the bts train stop or to the main road. The staff are lovely and always on hand to help whenever they can - thais being extremely hospitable as always. Love the bathroom which is far bigger than normal. Def will be coming back again

If there could have been a small gym that would have been great but that does not take away from the stay itself

Undergoing renovation which I did not see any warning of until arriving at the hotel to a sign on reception saying building noise will be everyday from 10am. So for us there for nightlife we were woken by drills and building noise daily as half the hotel is a construction site. Would not have booked had we known. Toilet and shower cubicles are tiny with an awkward glass sliding door. Shower water stays warm for only 2 minutes then goes cold. Sink water gets so hot it burnt my hand. Glass wall from bedroom means anyone in room can slide the screen to see anything you are doing in the bathroom.

This was my second stay here. When then revamped they did a very good job, the rooms are nice, the TV's work well and have several channels in several different languages. Plenty of hot water in the shower and the needs are very comfortable. Also have a safe in every room and several drawers but in. (Small but very helpful) There cleaners were in every day and do a fantastic job Indeed if I return too Bangkok again I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the stash good making my total of 2 stays totalling 9 Days pleasant and enjoyable. There front desk staff is excellent. Thank you too Fern, Risa and Taun.

Superb location, lively, markets everywhere, lovely shopping malls 10min walk away. Transport is great too, Green Sukhumvit line to main sights. Wat Pho temple to Sukhumvit on blue line is easy, only a few stops. Accommodation is new and lovely inside. Spacious rooms, nice and cool, great separate sink from bathroom. Pool on roof is nice to have.

Staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. My room was excellent - comfortable, clean, well-maintained & modern with nice furniture and decor. Good location, Soi 11 (a 5 minute walk) was full of interesting places to eat and there was a place nearby where I was able to get laundry done (hotel description says they do laundry but this wasn't so, at least not while I was there). In the branch of Soi 11 near the main road I even found a "genuine" massage place, certified by the famous Wat Po Massage School. And another couple of minutes beyond Soi 11 there's a decent supermarket with a much wider range of food, snacks, beverages and so on than the various convenience stores closer to the hotel. For those interested in night clubs, there were plenty of them too but not my thing. The hotel was far enough away, in the next soi, to avoid the noise. I checked out the rooftop pool thinking I might sunbathe or take a quick dip to cool off some time (in the end I didn't, there was too much else to do). Looked good. But be aware that the lift/elevator only goes up to the 5th floor. To reach the pool there's one flight of stairs. Apart from some construction noise during the day it was very quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to relax.

The place is great but there were some small negatives which I'm mentioning as they might be more of a problem for some travellers. It's about 1km to the BTS station (Nana is a bit closer than Asok). In the heat that felt like a long walk although it looked ok on the map. There was some construction noise during the day. It wasn't too bad - when I turned on the TV I didn't notice it any more. I think they're doing some renovations (June 2024) and they apologised for it as I was leaving. I would have liked more light over the bathroom mirror. There was a small fridge in the room but no microwave. Had to go out for every meal including breakfast even on days when I felt like a slow start. I brought back leftovers once or twice but wound up eating them cold.

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel suited our travel plans. There was a "7/11" on the ground floor for anything we needed. The staff were very helpful and above all our stay was tremendous value for money.

There could have been more storage/wardrobe units/space in the rooms. Also, the hotel was in a very touristic and chaotic area of Bangkok, especially at night.

This was my second time staying at Citichic13 this year and it is always a pleasure. The newly renovated rooms are spacious and functional, the bed is very comfortable and the seated area and desk are welcome for longer stays. The location is on point with so many dining options and other convenient stores around and just a few mins away from MRT Nana station. Pretty quiet hotel too even during the weekend.

Stayed here before.although its a little tired and needs updating,the rooms are spacious and offer great value for money.also as its not the biggest hotel ,theres no waiting for lifts like bigger hotels. Location wise its on the corner of 13 and where soi 11 meet, so bars,nightclubs and restaurants are in abundance and just a minutes walk, but not to noisy om a night time. Also its only a 10 minute walk to terminal 21 mall. Or 6 minute walk to BTS nana.

If i had to be picky i would say No gym or pool, but very minor thing.

Great location - not far from bts station Nana and Asok, a lot of shops around the hotel. The pool on the roof is not that big but still pretty good for a casual swim in the morning. The room is pretty big with all the amentities. Despite being right next to the street, I could sleep comfortably.

Hotel is doing renovations so there was dust and noise on some floors and at the entry. Would be a nice hotel when they finish

Clean, new, every detail thought of. Great location -a few minutes walk to Sukhumvit and Nana bts station and completely quiet.

The only thing for me was that there is no possibility to open a window in the room. Aircon is really good but no fresh air..
