Additionally, if you’re expecting a picturesque view from your window, you might be let down. On a positive note, the hotel does feature a swimming pool that provides a fantastic view of the city’s skyscrapers. However, it’s worth noting that the pool is relatively small and can get crowded. This could potentially hinder your enjoyment of the facility. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel may still be a viable option depending on your specific needs and expectations.

The property was in a good area particularly for the price. You could walk to most areas and found the BTS train very handy, with loads of bars, restaurants, seven eleven stores and a grocery store. Otherwise plenty of tuk tuks around if you don’t mind haggling. The facility was fairly well maintained and has a restaurant the Lodge which we found handy after a long day sight seeing, which sold a mixture of western and Thai cuisine. It also had a travel agent which was handy to organise day tours. The rooftop pool was nice and large enough for a dip, with a small area for smaller children, which was connected to the pool. Nearby was a rooftop bar serving drinks and food which is nice with drinks promotions (please be aware most restaurants in the area impose a 10% tax and a 3% VAT fee). Very welcoming and friendly staff, overall a fairly good place to stay particularly for the price. There was also a small gym, which we couldn’t use due to surgery, which seemed adequate for a workout.

I informed the staff an approximate time of our arrival, however, our room wasn’t ready for about an hour. Though it was a particularly busy check in day, with lots of baggage left. We left our luggage and had a look around the area.. The room was fairly quiet from road noise considering the close proximity to everything, however, when the doors close the noise echoed throughout the floor and also when people spoke.

BE VERY CAREFUL scam at the attraction desk on the right of the elevator. We were sold the trip to the floating market at a very suspicious low price. Once you have driven one hour and a half there that’s where the camp start 4000 baht just for the boat. And they will stop you only at places where they have commission, you are not in charge of the places you can stop at. Other than that, the hotel is very clean. They were located and there is not against the hotel just the attraction desk.

As we should move, it is the attraction desk the problem. It’s a real scam. Please be very careful. The hotel is a nice hotel where located. The personalis nice as well.

Nice roofterrace, sport facility, good location and breakfast.

It's noisy. It's closed to the street and you hear the music during the night till 2 am. Also you hear everything what's happening in the hallway. I don't mind a bit of noise. But I was awake everytime when people were slamming with doors and walking with trolleys during the night.

The staff was very kind and helpful the entire time. I truly appreciate their efforts. We were also very satisfied with the breakfast. As Europeans, it was nice to have some familiar food in the mornings.

There was no power outlet in the bathroom, which made it quite inconvenient for my wife to use the hairdryer. It’s not exactly easy to do that without a mirror, right? 🙂 The windows in the room were reportedly not openable for safety reasons. Unfortunately, this meant we couldn’t ventilate the room or let in fresh air even once, which wasn’t very comfortable. The hustle and bustle of the neighborhood was amusing for the first two days, but by the third, it felt like we had to battle our way through Mordor every time we stepped outside. In our twenties, we probably would have enjoyed being in the middle of all the action, but we didn’t find it particularly pleasant this time.

Super clean, spacious and modern room. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were the best I’ve slept on in a long time. Spacious bathroom with bidet and shower. The shower had great water pressure. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful. Good variety of food at breakfast - there was definitely something for everyone. Our room was on the 8th floor and we didn’t hear any noise from others in the hotel or from outside. Location is good within Sukhumvit and is within walking distance of a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. It does take a while to get into central Bangkok by BTS train and by car, especially if there is traffic. Plan ahead and you will be fine.

There were mouse droppings in the gym but the hotel is on top of this with a regular pest control programme. We did not actually see any rodents anywhere in the hotel, nor did we see any bugs.

The breakfast was good and diverse. The hotel is nice, the location is good, the hotel staff was friendly, the room was big and clean.

We didn't like the taxi service that was at the hotel. We asked them for a tour to Big Snake / Dragon temple (Wat Phran Phran) which is outside Bangkok and they asked us 1800 THB to take us to the temple, wait for us and then take us back to the hotel. We tried to negociate and their lowest offer was 1400 THB. Since we didn't consider the price to be fair and did not accept it, they sort of made fun of us for trying to negociate a lower price saying things like "Ohh, haha what is 200 THB for you, do you really care about it?". We ended up taking a Bolt, that also waited for us there and took us back to Bangkok and we ended up paying around 1.000 THB. I would not recommend the taxi service that is at the hotel.

1) it’s clean and fresh everywhere 2) room is very nice designed, space, ergonomics, lighting, switches everything 3) breakfast is very good, exactly how I like. 4) staff are friendly, polite and helpful 5) hotel is not too big, so it’s comfortable, not too many people at breakfast, etc 6) location is perfect 👌 on the quiet side of night life street. Just 50 meters and you’re in. And after you sleeping well because it’s quiet.

1) no outlets near the mirror, or no mirrors near the outlets 😀 so dry your hair blind. it’s not a big problem, but I should tell it

Location was great, right in the lively Sukhumvit neighbourhood close to restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms were a good size, and clean. The staff are attentive and helpful, ready to lend umbrellas or book taxis with a smile. We spent most of our stay out and about, only returning to the hotel to freshen up or sleep; and this property suited our travel style and plans perfectly.

Heard that the breakfast was lacklustre, so didn't mind that I accidentally booked without breakfast. Plenty of options in the area to suit a variety of tastes and budgets.

Nice hotel at the end of Soi 11 Sukhumvit offering some peace in a busy city. The bars are literally only a couple of minutes walk whilst Sukhumvit Road is less than ten minutes walk away. The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are not especially large but are fine for a one or two night stay. They are very clean and have a kettle and fridge as well as a good bathroom and shower. Beds are comfy and the place is very tidy and well maintained. The gym and swimming pool are well equipped and maintained and offer great opportunities to relax. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice.

Rooms are on the small-side although adequate for overnight or short stays. With no balcony or other seating in the room it could feel cramped if you were staying around the hotel for a long period, however for short stays it is a very nice hotel.
