Very new. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent pool. In the same hotel family as the Aira across the parking lot, which I’ve stayed. I prefer this newer hotel, just layout-wise and room-wise.

Walls a bit thin. I was there 6 nights, and the first two there were two kids in the next room, and I could hear most of their shouting and rambunctiousness. They kept opening and closing the safe, which was quite loud. Then they left, and my floor was very quiet. The cleaning crew was pretty loud around 8:30 every morning. Then they’d leave and it was quiet again.

I love the location! All my favourite bars and eateries within an easy walk, good night life, people to meet. But I've been to Thailand before, so I wasn't trying to see "everything". I was delighted to be just where I was. Grand President needs an upgrade, but because it does, the rates are fantastic, and the rooms are really large, so for me, it's great value! There's a good pool and gym and taxis outside. The one drawback was that the TV reception was abysmal, but I guess most people don't watch TV. Not the most plush hotel you can find but superb value for money and comfortable for a long stay. Really good staff too.

Wifi and TV reception were below an acceptable standard. And breakfast prices are more expensive than you'd want, given the room cost. That's OK. I can choose not to eat there.

"RAY" (Cowbytours) always books Grand President, whenever we visit Bangkok. It's in such a prime location and Soi 11 is such a great little street for beers, watching sport in the sports bar immediately next to the main entrance of this hotel and for food. The staff are always lovely and polite and very well presented- as they were during this visit. Upon arrival, we made use of the outdoor pool and ordered our "we are back in Bangkok and very happy to be so" beers up to the 5th floor where the pool is. There were 5 in our group of friends and all had no complaints at all regarding our stay at this hotel (for 3, it was their first visit to Bangkok/Thailand). The rooms were clean, as per usual and basically, i (and we) will certainly stay in Grand President if we are lucky enough to visit this great city once again in the future :)

I kept getting confused with how to operate the lifts (although simple) and sometimes it's a bit of a wait but no issue really, at all.

I love this location and choose this hotel because the room size is wonderful and it's good value for money in that regard. It's close to bars and restaurants I really like and the proximity of everything makes my time here relaxing and pleasant.

Had a very nice stay at Grand President Hotel . Location is really good with lots of bars and restaurants on soi 11 . I got upgraded to a better room as well on arrival and it was very nice . The bedroom was very well appointed with a nice bathroom also so no complaints . Overall very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again . 10 minutes walk to the Nana BTS station so very close to all the transport options . There was some building work in progress when I stayed there but it didn't impact my stay .

Excellent price given that it's in Bangkok, and in a great location. The street that leads to the hotel is extremely lively. Lots to do, lots of great restaurants, mini supermarkets, a Starbucks in the adjacent lobby, and even a pharmacy right around the corner. The breakfast was actually quite good for the hotel's price range. There were two live chefs, and the buffet had plenty of choices to suit both Thai and Western tastes. The hotel is "guest friendly" and appears to know how to deal with difficult situations involving "guests". The staff was friendly, very professional, and discreet. Very nice pool, with a nice relatively spacious patio area next to it. Water temperature was good (not too cold like some Thai hotels). What was interesting is that each room has it's own WiFi unit, so WiFi reception was exceptionally good.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the majority of the electrical outlets were two prong, which means not grounded. However, there was *one* plug that was three prong, and I was fortunate to have brought along my own extension cord.

Perfect place in the middle of where it’s all happening. Good restaurants and bars all around. I was informed that the hotel will be renovated as from June 2024. Makes sense to keep it attractive. Staff is great, helpful and friendly!!

It was not quite finished. A soft opening so there was some noise from building works. But when they are complete this will be an excellent place to stay.

Size of the room is not too small. Its good for 2 people. When you book a standard room. Air conditioner is working great. The location is the best thing I like.

The bathroom and furniture a little bit old. It needs to be repaired.
