Centrally Located about 5 min walk from NANA BTS,far enough away from the bars not too be able to hear them,nice big room with furniture.

Was hoping to use the outside pool seating area but it was closed for maintenance,nobody came to clean the room after the first night after leaving a sign on the door,so I didn’t have any water to drink that night and I didn’t bother to ask at reception.

This hotel was in a laneway off Sukhumvit Rd which is the main road. It was a short walk to all the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and Sukhumvit Rd. So the location was good and Nana BTS station was close. The room had a sitting area with lounge, a kitchen and separate bedroom with a large comfortable bed. There was a balcony where you could hang clothes to dry and there was a washing machine.

No real complaints about the apartment.

I like the room it was fully equiped with the required facilities and the staff were very supportive especially Mr.Jun who made our stay very easy and help with all of our requests and also he found and kept my passport after I forgot at the hotel safe and kept it secured until I went back from my trip outside Bangkok and get it . Also the Thai gentleman at the office who I can't recall his name he was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs Big Thanks and will be back again soon in April

Location is good near to Nana station. Wide big room with nice facilities, Kitchen, washing machine, fridge. TV.

Room need more clean, wall not perfect. some damages on walls & wallpaper. lot of ants in kitchen, even when asked for clean, still there for entire stay. You have to ask for daily clean. no 24/7 reception, only one room in 2nd floor, some time no one there! one time, asked to change towels, they said, no more clean towels available today, all finished, wait for next day!!

Very well maintained and easy to reach. Excellent location, in the heart of Bangkok. Staff very helpful and responsive, held our luggage on the final day so we could explore the city easily as well

Everything was as described, no complaints. The access to the door on ground floor is not always easy or clear and needs to be explained better during check in

Good location. 5 min walk to Nana BTS and busy areas. Nana BTS station is 3 stops away from Siam. Staffs are friendly and responsive. Rooms are nice and clean. Comfy beds. Good security Good pool area and basic gym. However, there are good GYMS nearby if you want to go.

We had 1x two-bedroom and 1x one-bedroom apartments. Mine is nice, but my family room is quite smaller than we expected or what was described on the site. (tbh that depends, I’ve seen similar rooms as in booking.com but the room we got was smaller) My family room has some issues with the AC which was fixed later. I feel like some of the room needs to be re-upgraded. Sometimes toilet stinks. You may find small insects around the kitchen. (no big issues)

Nice size of the room in modern styles including kitchen and the location was super quiet.

the Air conditioner was not working that make me suffer in night sleeping. the hotel entrance is from the garage and the reception is located at one of the hotel room in 2nd floor

Staff very friendly. Allowed an early check in at no extra cost. Very nice pool.

No wine glasses no iron, no hand towels or tea towels. I asked about wine glasses and was told coffee mugs only supplied. I was also told to just air dry dishes. No cloth to wipe down benches in kitchen. Most importantly no lock box.
