I booked an "executive room" because I imagined it would be on the higher floors and avoid some of the noise that I had read about coming from surrounding clubs that are open very late. This mostly worked out. The room was very spacey and had a good layout. The pool was somewhat small, but the lounge chairs and towels provide were in decent numbers. The small gym was pretty functional with free weights, benches and a few machines. Also liked that the 2 free water bottles delivered to the room every day were glass and that a micro wave was provided as I had left-overs of dinner to enjoy the next day. Pretty good value for money overall.

Well, the refrigerator in the room just didn't keep anything very cold. I always like a hotel room where I can open a window and often try to book one with a balcony as well. Neither was available in this hotel. I have read that some rooms had issues with being too humid and somewhat smelly. Luckily my room wasn't. I didn't have the breakfast or try the restaurant on the roof ... an Americano up there was 109 Baht which seemed pretty pricey.

The hotel is good located, just around 5 minutes from the metro station. The room are clean and well equipped. The interior isn’t brand new, but stylish. Staff is really very kind and ready to help. There is good swimming pool area on the roof top with great view. Breakfast is organized there too. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

The property is located on the street with lots of bars and loud music. I had the grand room which windows were directly on that street. So it was difficult to fell asleep.

Modern and clean room. Well located, surrounded by night life. Close to BTS Nana station - about 5 min by walking with suitcase. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as 7-Eleven. The staff was very helpful.Swimming pool is good, Very good breakfast. Completely satisfied

My room was a Grand Delux level of accommodation, and I paid more for it. However, it was closed to the street. Between the bar next door and the Tuk Tuk drivers, (who gather outside the hotel every evening, revving their noisy engines until 4.30 in the morning), I didn't get a restful sleep. The hotel could not move me halfway through my 10night stay....they simply said that next time I should book the Delux Rooms which are at the far end of the hotel. I bought earplugs which helped somewhat, but it's illogical that the best accommodation is located at the noisy end of the hotel.

The hotel offered everything we needed during our two week stay to visit family. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly and helpful with any requests we had, including moving two of our booked rooms to a quieter floor and location in the hotel when we expressed concern about the level of noise from the street at night which was affecting sleep. The rooms were spacious, serviced daily and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast buffet always had a lot of variety on offer and it was lovely to be able to use the rooftop pool to cool down throughout the day.

No complaints about the hotel itself and while the location was great for accessing areas we wanted to visit in Bangkok and with a Skytrain station less than a 10 minute walk away, the actual street the hotel was on was not our scene at all. Lots of noisy bars, nightclubs and cannabis shops which catered to a fairly rough calibre of partying tourists. I get that it would appeal to a certain demographic but it was not the family holiday we were after and it was a little embarrassing having local-born relatives walk down the street to reach to our hotel.

The location was good for a family with teenagers. We used the BTS and Metro to travel easily around the city. The nearest BTS station, Nana, is a few minutes walk away. The selection of food at breakfast was brilliant, with slightly different hot options each day. We loved the pool and went in every day after breakfast. Staff were VERY helpful with everything we ever asked/required. It’s very close to the best shopping mall ever - Terminal 21, not just for shops but the themed floors…and toilets. Definitely worth a visit!!

This sounds like being picky…but the only thing I would improve would be the shower pressure. We were on the 7th floor and the pressure was very poor.

Location is great, easy to get to skytrain and Ask for connecting trains to move around for different parts the city. Local shopping Terminal21 is walking distance. Great local food and bars around. Cannot beat the location, Breakfast has a great selection and the staff are very attentive and caring. The food is a mix of continental, local Thai and some veg options. The hot station chef is really caring and attentive in making eggs to your liking. the staff look after you well, nobody is rushed and very relaxing breakfast. Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff are very obliging. Very family friendly hotel and courteous staff. The beds are very comfy, room service food is also very nice, had to try once. Else just pop out for great street food. Nothing is too far from this location.

Difficult to say since I have stayed since last 3 years here. Love the location and courteous staff.

Ideal location 500 metres walking distance to BTS Nana Station. Was worth while.. catching the BTS light rail to Siam just about everyday. Cannot go right. Based on first arrival the rooms look smaller compare to photos on websites. Air Conditioning was a duct system, so limited of noise.. plus it's not a sound proofing room. Stayed in 822. Could here the traffic outside and along the corridor. Breakfast was above satisfactory however for your eggs is a seperate order outside.

Breakfast.. need to make sure that the fried eggs, omelettes, etc are delivered together with the rest of the food.. not outside..

Location is perfect - bang in the middle of Soi 11. Hotel is 50 yards or so down a side street and very quiet, despite being in one of Bangkok's nightlife hot spots with excellent bars, nightclubs and restaurants quite literally one minute walk away from the front door. The room was very comfortable with a great bed and great shower (my room also had a bath). The tv was LG and I could cast from my tablet. The restaurant, pool and gym are on the roof (9th floor). This is the second stay for me and I am sure I will be back.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, too many people in at the same time, people tripping over each other, spilling juice etc; waiting for eggs took forever - they should have some 'ready to eat' eggs for those who just want a simple fried egg.
