We were only here for one night so hard to get a proper feel, as we arrived around 7pm but can comment that staff were very helpful, kind and accommodating. We wish we got to see the pool, as it’s meant to be beautiful (that’s our fault as we chose a long lie). The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was great for what we were looking for - lovely restaurants down the next street.

The property itself was gorgeous and great staff, the reason I marked down for location was that I preferred the South of Thailand - but that’s a personal preference not a reflection on the hotel itself. Just more people on streets etc.

The room size I booked was very big and comfortable, everything was perfect the AC, Wi-Fi and the bathroom was very big and clean, I also liked that smoking is not allowed in the hotel. the hotel is in very good location its nearby from restaurant, BTS, and shopping malls and you will easily find taxis and toktoks :)

although I loved this hotel very much just the last day, I had a negative opinion which I wanted to share. my flight was late evening and I supposed to check out @12:00 as usual so one day prior I asked the lady at the reception about the late check out rate just till 3:00 pm she told me its 1000 Bhat without showing me the price list. when the shift changes, I found a man in the reception, so I went to ask him he was so sweet and honest he showed me the price list and told me its 200 Bhat per hour. My advice is please before you confirm anything check the price list or double check with another staff don't pay your money immediately. the hotel is very good but sometimes certain staff ruin it.

This is the first time staying at the property which is located inside 12 Sukhumvit Soi 7, Bangkok. Initially my wife and i thought it is just a hotel to stay for few days. But when we check in into the room, we are surprised that the room is very well kept and very clean. Thanks to the front office and housekeeping staff. Wi-Fi signal is very strong. The breakfast that we had is very good and varieties of food to choose from. The dining area is clean which is on the 7th floor. The swimming pool is at the same floor is just nearby. No doubt that the hotel is inside the Soi, but it is just a short walking distance to Nana BTS station. We love the hotel, and we will be back on our next trip.

There are some inconsiderate guests that making so many noises in the early hours when we are sleeping. Talk loudly and banging of door. More hanging hook inside toilet is much better and not currently only 1 hook is installed. Overall is acceptable.

I stayed here two years ago, and my opinion hasn’t changed, it’s still just as amazing and value for money. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed and the attention to detail really stands out. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus for me as a remote worker. I also felt completely safe here as a solo female traveler. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. This place will always be my top choice in KL. I can’t wait to come back! 😊

I want to thank Ratee, Sompop, Pla. They provided excellent service. Clean property. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. It’s a good location. Far enough from the noise when you want to rest. A 5 minute or less walk to main Sukhumvit and Nana BTS stop. I would stay here again. The room is nice. Nice comfy bed and pillows. Room was cleaned everyday.

The only issue I had was the I only had a hot shower one day. The other days the water was Luke warm. You are in Thailand so once you walk outside you wish you took a cool shower.

Room was very clean. Love the shower. Bed really soft and staff very welcoming . Location is also very excellent because it’s not far from the vibe of the city however quite unlike some of the hotels

The twin room is small and the hotel does not offer one that is bigger and has 2 beds. Some of the rooms with king beds are big and have both a shower and bath. We ended up booking one and we are so happy. The pros about this room is that we now have to share a bed.

First will say the hotel was amazing and its location was close to many things around also the receptionist Alum was so professional and she helped us during our smooth check in and she was so helpful to tell us about the shopping area and she wrote everything worth to visit in Bangkok. Really special thanks to Alum. Hotel is highly recommended and worth the money. For sure I will come again.

Nothing, everything was great

Modern hotel with well designed rooms that are comfortable. I particularly loved the huge floor to ceiling windows. There's a rooftop pool and bar where I had a quiet sundowner drink before heading out one evening. It was a relaxed and lovely environment. The staff was helpful and polite, helped in every way they could. Location is in the thick of the bars on Sukhumvit and a quick (20 mins) tuk tuk ride away from other good areas towards the river.

No complaints at all. Overall very pleased with the experience.

We had a truly fantastic time at the Key Premier Hotel. We cannot fault the staff, who were so friendly and delivered 5 star service. Breakfast was also delicious, and always perfectly stocked. The swimming pool is stunning, and offers the most wonderful escape and cool down after a busy day in the city. The location is also amazing, but tucked away enough that you can get a quiet and comfortable nights sleep.

7 story boutiquelike hotel. Very convenient location for skytrain at NaNa and excellent helpful staff. Room extra comfortable and quiet overlooking residential houses and not cheek to jowl with a neighbouring highrise. Pool in the evening is a special place along with the 2 for one happy hour. 4th time I have stayed here and will come again
